regarding the onions chopping: if you chop on the same side as the lines, you won''t get teary (as quickly) i noticed you chop them horizontally which breaks what's essentially tearing you

I did 21 days and lost 27 and half pounds. 😀 and now have the courage to go keto vegan with absolute thanks to you because I don’t think I would of have the courage to of gone keto with out your videos . I let it sit to rise... an hour later ... purple dough 😂 I didn’t enjoy the texture and it didn’t get crispy enough ... tomorrow I’ll try frying it and see what happens...

here in Austria there are three types of ground almonds: not de-oiled, partially de-oiled and de-oiled! Depending on the oil content, the consistency of the dishes made with them varies. Please, what kind of almond flour do you use?

I have been using Psyllium Husk for approx 4years and never had any discoloration at all ever! Maybe it is off or old?, take it back and try another brand. I like to grind the more breadcrumb type in my Coffee grinder into a fine powder but then you do not need as much. @@idyllicacrylicsjulieb4328

I am one of the people who had the flat bread puff up and be soggy in the middle. You mentioned this may be a kneading or water problem. If it is a water problem is it too much water or too littler?
as far as i understood "dough", the knedding is done to make the gluten bind. Since there is none in most Keto doughs (which i never understood due to gluten being a protein), i never saw the point of excessive knedding and judging on my own approach to it (mix of coconut flour and almond flour and with added tartar and backing soda for more fluff) i'd say it really doesnt make a difference. Also experimented with Xantham gum and pure gluten and if you dont have a problem with that - it works very well (particullary the extracted gluten, which makes sense, since you will get a much more "doughy" dough^^) But in the end it is everybodies choice and this one looks just as good as they get - so thumbs up.
They are very nutritious and very low carb, who cares how many. What hell to have to count every carb. Just eat low carb and healthy for what your body needs for nutrition and feeling good.

I did have my bread turn lavender color in a recipe but I believed the almond skin caused the turn. Your almond flour must have the skins removed from what I can tell.

The purple bread is psyllium husk - I got mine from coles had same startling result 😏 but I just tried a diff brand

Some viewers get purple dough for some reason. I suspect it's psyllium husk powder. I haven't come acros it myself. Maybe switching brand would help x

The extra fine almond flour I used was defatted (de-oil). It provides much better binding.
