Ingredients: A can of diced tomatoes (you can blend it for a few seconds in a MagicBullet so it's not chunky); Then add a teaspoon or two of Olive Oil ; some salt to your preference; some garlic powder to your preference; and some oregano to your preference. Mix well.

I cook almost everything from scratch and bake all my own breads, but having to change even more now and at a learning curve at 57, learning how to make pie crusts, breads etc., a whole different way using different flours. Yours so far looks the most normal to me. I have not eaten pizza in 3 weeks, neither has my husband as he hasn't a choice on what's now our jounney. I am having to learn how to cook differently without loosing the flavor, because otherwise what fun would it to be to cook anymore! I do miss baking. Going to try this out this evening. Thank you.

Have made this same dough many times, personally find it's much easier to skip the microwave and make it in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat to keep your cheese constantly warm enough to maintain it's elasticity and ability to bind to the almond flour but without adding unwanted moisture from the microwave. Once it's well mixed, drop it into a bowl to cool slightly, then use hands to mix in the egg before flattening out into the crust.
Does this keep it from becoming a paste? Mine always turns pasty, but I just wet my hands and wash it as I spread it. After baking it’s good, but I don’t know if it would be better if done right.
@@tpmartins I've modified my methods a few ways in the year since I posted this, but generally, the "dough" should be kinda wet and sticky. I'm too often making this in a hurry, so I'll take the entire mix and dump it onto a lightly oiled piece of parchment paper, throw a second piece of paper on top, and spread it out flat, usually using a heavy pan or cookie sheet and then pushing back in any thin or broken edges by hand before sliding the entire thing onto a pizza stone in the oven. Overall, my hands make very little contact with the dough itself now.
Loved this recipe. Tip: always crack your eggs separately before adding. I was making a cheese cake one time and cracked the egg into the bowl and the egg was full of blood. Had to throw everything away and I didn’t have all the ingredients to make a new one.
Wow, I am amazed, this is soo good! Probably the closest it gets to pizza! I did have to use extra almond flour though, because my dough was tacky with the 3/4 cup. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Made our first one tonight, doubled the recipe to make a larger pizza. Amazing taste, I was not expecting such a close match. Only thing I would do is add seasoning to the dough, maybe garlic, oregano? Thanks for sharing this recipe :)
I tried this tonight. I have a a few suggestions for first time making. First watch entire video before making because she realized she should have used a pizza pan after first putting pizza on another pan on parchment paper. She then used her pizza pan with wholes in it and suggested you could use a cookie rack if you didn’t have a pizza pan. Don’t use a cookie rack I did half way through ( followed video) 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️and let’s just say it became a bit messy. Now although it fell apart it was still delicious (my first pizza in 2 months I am new to Keto) but going to purchase a pizza pan with holes to make sure crust is crispy and will follow her advice and make a thinner crust. All in all I will definitely make this again. 😋😋
I tried this last night. It is the best keto pizza crust that I have tried yet. I have tried about 6 different ones and this is the absolutely most like a real pizza crust in taste and texture of all the recipes I have tried. Great job! Thanks for sharing.
I tried this recive today and I'm amazed how well it turned out. I've tried already multiple pizza crust recipes and this on was the best so far. I did experience the same "problem" as you, that the crust got a bit too thick like a slice of bread. I'll make sure next time to make the dough as flat as possible. But leaving away the parchment paper worked great, not problems with it sticking to the pan
Such a nice receipt. I just made it and it was delicious, tasted like regular pizza and because I don't like tomatos I used aioli sauce because I didn't know what else to use, but it was absolutely heavenly. I had a bit of trouble with converting the amounts so I think I used a bit too much cheese, but I only faintly tasted the cheese which was really nice complimented by the aioli sauce. Thank you a thousand times. SO great.

I make a pizza crust using just about the same ingredients, minus the cream cheese. The only thing is I don't melt the cheese beforehand. I mix the egg/cheeses together then work in the almond flour. Lately been using Lupin flour. I like to add rosemary. 😉

@@jentrevino3919 I shred my own bc who needs extra chemicals or hidden carbs. My body can smell a carb and my weight loss stalls. It prob doesn’t really make a difference but once I got used to my own shredding it’s the way I prefer it. I make a pimento cheese that is fantastic but doesn’t quit taste the same with the ore shredded cheese🤷🏼♀️

I tried this last night. It is the best keto pizza crust that I have tried yet. I have tried about 6 different ones and this is the absolutely most like a real pizza crust in taste and texture of all the recipes I have tried. Great job! Thanks for sharing.

I tried this recive today and I'm amazed how well it turned out. I've tried already multiple pizza crust recipes and this on was the best so far. I did experience the same "problem" as you, that the crust got a bit too thick like a slice of bread. I'll make sure next time to make the dough as flat as possible. But leaving away the parchment paper worked great, not problems with it sticking to the pan
Such a nice receipt. I just made it and it was delicious, tasted like regular pizza and because I don't like tomatos I used aioli sauce because I didn't know what else to use, but it was absolutely heavenly. I had a bit of trouble with converting the amounts so I think I used a bit too much cheese, but I only faintly tasted the cheese which was really nice complimented by the aioli sauce. Thank you a thousand times. SO great.

Omg thank u so much,,my last two Almond flower recipes for pizza,,went right into the trash,,, this was the first recipe I made with my new pizza stone,,at 500 degrees..cooked for about 8 minutes and mmmmmm😍👍,,next I will try a calzone,,but I did drizzle with olive oil

I make a pizza crust using just about the same ingredients, minus the cream cheese. The only thing is I don't melt the cheese beforehand. I mix the egg/cheeses together then work in the almond flour. Lately been using Lupin flour. I like to add rosemary. 😉
Thanks for sharing. Everytime I come across recipes with cream cheese or sour cream, I'm always like can it be omitted or can it be substituted with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. 😅

Nice recipe but an FYI, the part skim mozzarella cheese has 2 carbs per serving where the regular full fat mozzarellas have only 1 gram or less.

It's not that much harder. My suggestion is filling and shaping the dough and then cook it in the oven.

Love your videos! Do you shred all your own cheese or buy it preshredded? I know there is a starch added to the shredded cheese but is it enough to throw you off? Thanks 😊
If you eat more calories than you burn you will still get fat no matter if you are on a keto or any other diet just saying
@@jentrevino3919 I shred my own bc who needs extra chemicals or hidden carbs. My body can smell a carb and my weight loss stalls. It prob doesn’t really make a difference but once I got used to my own shredding it’s the way I prefer it. I make a pimento cheese that is fantastic but doesn’t quit taste the same with the ore shredded cheese🤷🏼♀️
Thank you so much for sharing! Tried this recipe today! Suuuper delicious and easy too! Only thing i'll say is if you are using a regular oven, 15 minutes may be too long. I'd start checking it about 10 mins in so it doesn't burn like mine did. It was still really delicious though, highly recommend!
