At the end of the last 30 seconds, Roger. I shouted (as if you could hear me) . . . Oh! Stop it!!!!
It looked and sounded bloody good, mate.
Now I'll go back to making my Saturday afternoon beef bourguignon.
    Be well and cheers . . . 🍷

Hi Roger (and Bec). Beach fishing success! I was at Anglesea yesterday fishing the hour before sunset. My first cast was a double hook up. I caught 3 keepers and 2 went back. By sunset my toes were numb, but I got a feed! Thanks for all the tips you have shared in your videos. Kind regards MP

It is absolutely true that on most beaches *“there is no special spot to fish”.*
On the beaches where I fish, you have to play the game of *“find the gutters”* every time you go there, because it changes so often. Especially after a storm or a few days of big waves, you often find that where there were a beautiful gutter it is now completely filled up with sand, but the gutter has now “moved” further down the beach…

What a great session, even if it was a bit chilly. I'm heading off to the Central Coast of NSW next week. Hope the weather holds for a few days beach fishing.
When I am heating oil for frying I test the temperature by dropping in a few drops of water or in you case with the battered fish you could drop a bit of batter in the oil to see how it reacts.

Hi Roger. I am hooked on your videos and love all the content. You've often asked for suggestions on content and considering this is a major problem area all over the world, I was wondering if you might do a video on the right way to launch and recover a boat from a trailer and also boat ramp etiquette. Many of us have seen video clips where people have turned their cars into submarines off a boat ramp or failed to correctly recover their boat on a trailer and suffered damage as a result. I know there are a lot of variables with different types of ramps, some being just beach ramps and others in a marina with docks available. But it would be invaluable advice for many people with little or no idea or who may benefit from a few extra hints and tips. Launching a boat with two or more people and doing it alone would also be great to see. I'm not sure If this type of video falls within your scope, it's a suggestion nonetheless. Cheers Gary.

Great stuff and insight Roger...❤❤I'm always curious wats the bag limit on sum of ur common fish eg breams..tailer..Whiting.. salmon..mullets...and wats the entire total bag limit per day
.eg we in SA can catch 4 shad ..2 salmon..4 breams so our overall bag limit is 10...there is another species of fish called karanteen little similar to urs Whiting.. which we can catch 10 per day which already brings us to the legal bag limit of 10 fish per day..so heres a scenario if I catch 6 karanteen I catch also catch 4 shad..or 4 karanteen 2 shad 2 salmon and 2 mullet also to bring ur daily bag limit of fish to 10..Our mullet limit is 50 per day on it's own only ...but it I catch one other specie eg bream then I can only catch 9 mullets 😮😢😢😢😢Rock and a hard place ...appreciate if you give urs limits and some rules from ur coastline

Well, I do exactly all that , all that you have outlined. I extremely Envy you, Because of the fact where you fish , the masses of other people do not converge on your location, Not here in California. People's mind- set is this: If there is so much as even a half of a foot in space, They will get in! Eventually they encroach on your spot that you picked, Followed by all the crossed lines, Least I mention the Boaters who get far to close to where you are fishing , Swimmers, Kayakers, The list goes on and on, and it gets to the point where I make bets with other fellow fishermen : " I bet you 30$ I can bean that swimmer at that distance, No problem. "- XD, but ya... I absolutely HATE California - Greed , Politics, and lawlessness, Oh !- Did I mention the fishing here Stinks?, Oh ya... that as well. xD
