Thanks for this, you master of all DAWs!
I'll take it... though I just know enough for TT stuff.
Great tutorial as always Shawn!!
Thank you!
I've been waiting on this one! Thanks brother!
Great to hear, Patrick!
I love EZDrummer but I switched to Addictive Drums just because it doesn't require any routing.
I’ll have to check that out.
@@ShootieSchool Yeah, the plugin has a mixer just like EZD but each track allows you to insert effects withing the plugin. The quality of the samples is relatively close, EZD has a couple of features I wish AD had but I love not having to insert an additional 10 tracks for a drum map.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. Amazing. Great video .
Great to hear!
Terrific tutorial. Thank you.
You got it!
thanks for the great vid
You got it!
Can you route the stereo outs from SD3 into 32 mono channels in Studio One? I haven't been able to figure this out without using a bus.
Only in CuBase/Nuendo. You can export the audio files as mono, but not route.
Just what I was looking for!!! Thanks brophy!
You got it!
Great video!
Thanks!
Cant even began to tell how helpful your videos are. thanks for sharing your knowledge .
You got it. Thanks for saying!
Thanks this is perfectly explained even though I use SD2 same things applied. Is there a way to have the Master Bus on the track list for the edit window in front of the midi track instead of KICK IN?
I don't think so. The master in EZ has no output assignments. Only Reaper, that I can think of, will let it behave this way.
Perfect. Setting up a S1 song Template. Enjoy your class! TY.
Awesome!!
So how do you route all those channels to Track 1, ie. to record into Studio One what you may have written in EZD? My midi controller (piano keyboard, to be clear!) is registering in Track 1 Activity meter fine, but not if the drums are only from the EZD window. I'm stuck!
Just guessing at your request. Drag the midi from EZD3's Song Track into Studio One.
Hey, how do you tempo map only ezd3 in reaper with out effecting the other audio tracks?
You can adjust tempo in EZD via the Track>Tempo Menu. IF you're audio is stretching in Reaper it may be a global Project setting in Reaper. I would explain your issue to a Reaper community, EZD can't help you with this.
Thanks, Shawn. Clear and concise. Excellent.
Thank you, John!
Thank you for creating a video specifically for Studio One users like me.
You got it!
Good Job on your video👍 LOVE IT!!
Thank you for saying!
Thanks for doing a Studio One tutorial. Much appreciated.
Harley!!
Hi, I have a question. Do you know if Toontrack plug ins work well with the Studio One Artist edition version?
Don't quote me. The older Studio One artist, no. Version 5+ i think so. EZD3 has a trial so you can find out for yourself.
Thanks, this is just the video I was looking for as I'm a longtime S1 user just really getting into EZDrummer 3. I haven't seen all of your videos on EZD3 routing but others I've seen using different DAWs seem to have a more convoluted process. A combo of S1 once again proving to be a very user-friendly DAW and you being a clear and concise teacher, either way I'm up to speed now.🤘👊
Pro Tools is definitely a bit more work with routing. Thanks for saying and come back for more when you're ready.
Awesome as always. I've learnt a lot from you in the few months since I've discovered your channel. Thanks so much for your hard work.
Great to hear! Thanks!
Thanks so very much! I needed this right now in fact.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the Studio One EZDrummer help! Love the channel!
Thanks for saying!
When I Bus, I bus the shells to one and the cymbals to another and even overheads to yet a 3rd.
I'm typically selective as well. I typically don't route every channel.
AWESOME! THANKS BRO!
Hey Shootie! Are you going to review the Industrial EZX?
I want to. But it's going to take more effort than the average Acoustic Drum EZX, hence it not being done yet by me. Hope you're well, Bobby!
