- Author of 'Liberation From The Lie - Cutting The Roots Of Fear Once And For All' Eric talks very candidly about his search for freedom. He learnt that the 'fear-self' is at the root of our difficulty to free ourselves and feels that his book is a 'liberation manual' containing the keys to deconstructing ourselves. 'The World is in crisis and we are in crisis.'

His book is excellent. It lays out the mechanics of how we get from authentic beings (newborns and young children) to invalidated, mixed up, miserable, egoic adults. It's not really all that complicated, but we do get lost in the process. Once you see how it all works, you can see exactly how it's working in your life, and you can then find your way out of the quagmire. I highly recommend the book.
"Whatever resonates in your heart-that's the starting place" Good chap.
Brilliant. Thank you, conscioustv. Iain and Renate are amazing and pure treasure.
(Please, what does Iain say at 30:02? Thank you.)

Superb!
Ian is a sweetheart
@ehpl Inner seeking is a search for our true being or happiness (same thing). We spend half our life trying to find it in things. There are many teachers out there... I've learned something from all of them.
To each his own
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I will meet you there. .........Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi
That does not apply here atall, but I'm glad you're familiar with Rumi.
Everything Gross says seems to harmonize with the Four Agreements by Ruis.
ok
"It literally blew me away." Really? Literally?
but light doesn't enter a shcitzophranic person... i need help!
do not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil .there is no good and evil but what the mind makes good or evil.Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right-doing.wrongdoing and right-doing this is a tree not to eat of it. theses are veils over the eyes of humans.do not eat from tree of beliefs this is are 3 tree . these are beliefs and belief system governments ,laws schools, banks ,money and religions, this is there bases wrongdoing and right-doing good and evil have and not having
Yeah eronious conditioning, and a fear based monetary cooporate control.
This interview lacks something
Eric Gross 'Liberation From The Lie he is wrong , it is not know what is true and thinking beliefs and opinion matter more the the truth . 90% of what the people think about people, governments, laws, religions good or bad are wrong .but they posses these belief as truth . materialistic beliefs way worse then physical things. their hate ,worries,,fears, that on the inside of them 100% , they blame on others .
''It literally blew me away''....''Literally the devil is in the details''....''experience it experiencially''....It may be pedantic of me but I really don't feel compelled to read a book by someone who is so sloppy in articulating himself.
MarSarfishin Besides being a hilarious comeback, your comment is a great illustration of how the ego will attach to even a humble presentation to inflate its delusional nature.
