Richard Moss appears to be an amazing human being.. really authentic, and simple.. loved listening to this interview..
Ian, you're a great interviewer. No matter who you speak with, we get a different view of that one - nicely in depth - through your work. Thank you! I really enjoyed this one, deeply.
~♥~
Richard helps one to see the universalities of experience and how to open up to them. He gathers various tools and practices, studies schools of theory, and synthesizes it into a best practices. He is not about shoulds or shouldn'ts but about techniques for greater presence. He is able to help one understand some basic truths that help to lead a fuller life. He's awesome.

Thank you... Richard Moss, Ian McNay & everyone at Conscious TV... God bless : )
it was supernatural for me. The energy was overwhelming. I was in prayer crying alone when it happened to me. Never will forget the joyful experience and still is with me after 25 years.
What an amazing human and spiritual being. Im hitting this place that he is teaching. Not a coincidence that I found him. Thank you for this interview Iain...
Richard moss is very dear authentic human man .love this power house of a man . Thanks GD for people like him in the world
Thank you for sharing this. I began awakening in 1982. No it was not easy going. In fact, it has been more challenging than when I was still plugged in the dream. It is an evolving process. The mind has become silent and I am living in the Now. This is available to everyone
Great interview. Thanks Richard, thanks Ian. Meditation starts at 53:04
As I am listening today, I am wearing a top with black butterflies, nothing is by accident, thank you so much for sharing!
Wow! Thank you so much for this video 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
absolutely the best ever.....thank you (I just bought his book and can't wait)
Wow I don’t think I’ve ever heard a better description of embodied enlightens just amazing ❤️
Mind blowing! Great story! Different than most enlightenment stories! Especially hearing about recurrently 'opening and contracting' is good to hear! That resonates with my experience of walking the spiritual path or 'non-path'. Thanks! .
I am finding myself attracted to the teachers like this, that feel a strong appreciation for all levels of awareness, meaning not only clarity and detachment, but also heart and humanity and immersion. That quote about neither the lower nor the greater is more important, really encapsulates it. It's about the perfection of every aspect integrated. The massive mystery of everything! This seems the right direction. Now if only there can be a realization of this! ;-)
Lovely man is Richard Moss.
I read his Black Butterfly a long time ago-stay in the moment. Again Consciousness and the continual play of the the Dance of the Divine
❤️👌👍 interesting explanation of being w/sensations-projection. Of sensations storied w/thoughts from thoughts and experiences of the -past or fear of future .

This man, Richard Moss, is very eloquent in his expressions. Listening to him is a pleasure.
Thank you for what you bring. This came at the perfect time and gave me some tools that I need to continue to practice, practice, practice :)
I must learn more about Richard. I like the way he presents his truth.
I realize that the following is not what Richard actually said, but this is what came to me by listening to this interview:
Receive the mental negatives (thoughts and feeling about your stories) that life offers, and feel the joy and beauty and love that these negatives actually are. In other words, negatives and positives are not actually different from each other. Do this as a daily practice.
absolutely wonderful, thank you for posting
Wonderful interview!! Great meditation at the end as well.. thank you for posting this Iain, and thanks for Richard for sharing this with us!!
I love the wisdom of that man.
it was a gift to find him tonight and listen to him
thank you
This guy is amazing - I love this interview
I totally resonate
Very well stated, books like this ought to be autobiographies about one self and the process by which one finds
a way amidst many to connect to that which is the ground of all being.
wow, Richard is amazing ! Thank you so much for posting this. Lain is great as well.
Fantastic!
wow, Richard is amazing ! Thank you so much for posting this. Lain is great as well. I want to learn more about Richard's work.
very beautiful and inspiring. thank you so much.
thank you for this wonderful interview!!
its good to resonate with the teaching and above all to bring a bridge between the two perspectives, to over come the repetitive thinking of separation and its crazy logic in a language that bridges that void, is also Mastery.
THANK YOU!
thanks for this interview
Thank You
Such good work, so helpful.
He is a great aquarius.
spectacular stuff actually, tx again.
Thanks...
Thank you :-)
brilliant thank you
I start to see a pattern of 'Western ' people, getting short but intense enlightenment experiences . Followed by constructing talks, methods, writing books etc,etc to help others. But how valid can such well mend advice be? If they did not follow their own advice, but where just 'lucky'(?)
omg just watched this on sky!! brilliant, thank you! very clever men here, very! :)
yes!
Nice
I absolutely recommend sincere spiritual inquirers to participate in Richard's Ten-Day residential Radical Aliveness retreat. It will awaken your energy, your heart and connect you to life. No matter where you are on your journey it will deepen it!
could it be that unhappiness is no more than what Ramakrishna called it, "God's way of thickening the plot"? Seems more and more like it to me.
Wow thank for that :)
@innerlocus its sufi
Iain: 'So what does that terror sound like?' Well what the heck do you think terror feels like!!
I don't get the meditation--you have to have the thought to have the feeling, so it you let go of the thought, the feeling will go away. So it didn't make a lot of sense to me. If you feel stressed about going to work you don't enjoy, but you have a family to support you have to go to work eventually, so you have the stressed thought about work and you feel it in your body. You can't get rid of the thought, because then you wouldn't go to work. Is it okay to trust the universe that if you don't go to work your children will be okay, even if you're turned out of your home and lose everything you have? I guess my story is about trying to not jeopardize my children while finding some personal peace. Where are all the individuals who woke up at the age of 28 and found themselves the sole support of small children? I hear lots of stories of people who were pretty much taken care of financially or else single and able to live on the edge. They can sit around and meditate and write books. Maybe there are some who just threw the kids to the wolves. Are they able to kill the guilt by living in the Now? I want to hear those stories.
yeah the ego gets things so twisted
I would want to feel every minute and cry. I would want that suffeing hell I would need that suffering. I dissagree and agree with some stuff he says. You can just wake up and know... by looking in to all your past. Its like living a sleep then waking up and just seeing everything that happened in your life. Thats what people mean by waking up. If you have work to be done then your not living in the now. If that makes sense. You don't work you just live and play. Its not work its more comitment.
