(And both of today’s recipes look delicious, but I expect the first one will win “on the regular menu” status in our house. The non-vegans I live with turn their noses up at tofu, but adore any dish with other kinds of beans. 😅)

Breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day; it's the best meal and can be consumed for blunch and brinner, too. These both look super yummy.
I juice to start my day. Not exclusively fruit, because I'm an overweight diabetic. Having lost 45 kg, 100 pounds, I swear by dishes like this for lunch and dinner, any day of the week.

Your hash is just perfection! It has been part of my routine since about a year ago. I cook triple recipe once a month with a mix of garnet and purple sweet potato and typically I do it with garbanzo beans instead of regular beans. I make small batches and goes to freezer; ready for any time of the day!! You are a life saver! Take care!

Both recipes look great! I did miss the convo after. I recently made tofu scrambled eggs with black salt and I was shocked how eggy the flavor was.
black salt really does level up plant eggs! the kiddos call it fart salt lol. the laughter we get from calling it that keeps the heart happy 😊
