just came to your newest video to say; i am not vegetarian, let alone vegan, however you have a subscription from me. i love my meat but follow cravings if my body says it wants veggies i give it veggies and you have some awesome recipes. SOOOOO MUCH GOING ON HERE! First: Mom... loooovvvvvvvvely! Proof that amazing people create and raise amazing people. It was great listening to her talk about your food. Proof that she's learning just as much from you as you did from her, and she's absolutely right about a sharp knife. HAVE HER BACK! :). Second: Everything is better with Rum and I doubt Mom has ever made a bad bread pudding. The proof is that she couldn't think of what to do with it if it doesn't turn out right lol. Third: Patience is often the most significant ingredient and exactly why I would be unsuccessful at creating this dish. Stay amazing, walk with love and PEEEEEEAAAAAAACE!

I loved that discussion of what the sweet potato is doing (replacing eggs) but especially the bit about what else you could use instead. Banana chocolate chip bread pudding would be a hit with my family. We're not vegan but we don't turn up our noses at bread pudding. I'm definitely going to try this.

Maybe slicing and reheating the mushy bread pudding on a skillet could save it. Most of the moisture will evaporate and you can get a crispy crust on the exterior. Loved having your mom on, she's so sweet!

I haven't had bread pudding since my grandmother made it years ago (she's gone now), but I dare say this would easily rival her recipe. DEFINITELY, DEFINITELY trying this over the holiday season.
