Love the style, love the humor, love the recipes. Keep it going!
Did you like doing it? It is interesting to have the non vocalizing while showing the recipe then the speaking about it afterwards. It is something that could be thought of as good or bad depending on the individual. I personally like it. I can focus easier on the recipe. For instance I re-watch a lot of recipes if I'm making something or about to do so, and the vocalizing when winding back a few times can be distracting from what it is I'm trying to see that I have missed.
That written, I like the way they had been done, too. I think you guys, generally, have a nice way of presenting recipes.

70 year old lifelong vegetarian here. Even my doctor keeps asking me if I’m really 70. So this way of eating sure won’t hurt ya. Your videos are fun and you’re teaching a lot of kids how to eat simply and be healthy. Great job!

I’m 62, and he just taught me something. As a matter of fact, will definitely watch again to see what I can cook up lol. I take my hat off to you for not looking 70. You’re definitely doing something right.
Vegetarianism can be super healthy but is not necessarily. Fried foods can be vegetarian. Most cakes are vegetarian. Ketchup is vegan. Caramel is vegan. If done right tho, no questions about it, it's right up there with the mediterranean and pescatarian diets. I don't mean to be a hater, I just wanted to stress this because my uncle is vegetarian and overweight with heart problems so it is possible to eat unhealthy as a vegetarian as well and I feel it's idealised as a healthy diet no matter what. Whichever diet one is on, cooking from scratch, avoiding processed, overly salty, sugary and greasy foods as much as possible is always the way.
I love that it’s slow paced and you use regular ingredients everyone will already have. I could actually make these recipes. Cooking stresses me out so I usually end up eating junk food because it’s easy and already prepared. This helps me to see I can make easy healthy recipes with stuff I have at home.

I do like the format. I don't think I've seen any videos showing a cooking demonstration with no narration followed by a chat about the dish. It was a fun change. The recipes themselves are fun twists on some basics for long-time vegan cooks. Appreciate seeing that since I'm not always wanting or able to do the more elaborate options. Nice job!

Idk if anyone has commented this but I LOVE the lighting of your videos. So many food videos have super bright light that I feel gives the food an unrealistic look. And it’s overstimulating coupled with lots of talking. Your videos are slow, lower lighting, and chill. I love it!!

Watching your videos are addicting. I absolutely love and wait for the sliding of the bowls and cans or chopping board. I really enjoy that the focus is on the food prep and the video style is showing such detail. THIS is what we need when trying to replicate your meals. I made 2/3 of these meals and they rock! This is the best cooking channel I've found on YoutTube, and it's seriously improved my dishes and reduced both grocery costs and overall meat consumption. You can substitute so much in here for what you have and the taste is still great.
I made the black bean tacos tonight, and they were great! Super quick and easy, and really nutritious. Served them with a side of streamed green veggies. And there's enough filling leftover for a couple of lunch tacos tomorrow. Thanks so much for rescuing dinner tonight!

Loved the simplicity of these, and the use of basic ingredients from Aldi's. Was getting up during the video, banging around in the kitchen cabinets, muttering, "yup, have that, and have that." Finally, things I can make with what I keep on hand! Trying the pasta dish tomorrow night-looks amazing.

I have tried veganism before in the past and it had always fallen short and ended up lasting a few months. Honestly this is the first time I’ve ran across vegan videos on UA-cam where *not only* the production was amazing, but the meals look fantastic. Thank you for doing what you do, because I am really inspired to try again ❤

I so know where you're coming from when you say creative, because poor. I'm now the queen of pulling things out of fridge, freezer, cupboard and saying, what can I make with this. When I was younger, I figured out what dry spices and herbs would go with things by smelling them. It's pretty amazing how you can teach yourself to cook, when you have so little to make things with. Love the format. Not too slow appears all very deliberate. For those of us who like to cook it makes the presentation just perfect making me want to get my pots and pans out and cook.
