"i do not want to be told i was wrong that i have grown a little too wild with my instincts only you to tell me this (?) if you do i will take myself up build myself a raft from whatever is hanging around and push off from from our imaginary desert island and wish you well and let the currents and forces of nature do what they will having no interest in their wholesome worthy fucking reality."
He's been doing that since... Almost forever? Always pushing the envelope. Sadly, and in my opinion, Thom is too into the falseto and tiny electronic beats ever since the eraser. I get the sense that without the rest of the band the man would become sort of an aphex twin.
without the others no one would take a second glance at him...actually hipsters would be all over him, especially with the way he dresses nowadays. Regardless, I like A Moon Shaped Pool and have faith in Radiohead still.
Can't fully agree with that especially in some live performances, songs that in the album would pass unnoticed, when played live in a solo setting gain an extra dimension, good examples would be: the clock, analyze, ingenue, like spinning plates.
Each year Thom releases his Rag & Bone song in september. The best birthday present I could wish for.

I find myself more knowledgeable of Thom Yorke's unreleased songs than his actual Eraser and Tomorrow's Modern Boxes songs.

What's the matter with making some ambient music? He makes a more experimental track and then suddenly it's "can't go wrong status". wtf?
wow!
Listening to this with closed eyes is really creepy.
Nice!
Does anybody know where the Patel computer animation video has gone????
Where is the animated video that came with this song? It was visually on point.
