Kerry, have you considered starting a website with all of the companies and their offerings for prefab and modular homes. That would be useful for us here on the other side of the screen.
@@KerryTarnow perhaps another potential revenue stream for you by getting the manufacturers to sponsor as your site would potentially funnel people to their website for more sales (click through). Super modern looking ! It does look like it could fly. I like the idea of a Murphy bed because it doesn't really seem to have a living room area even on the big one. I guess you could always have a dining room table that folds down from one wall and use that area for the living room. Hi Kerry, I wonder if you have any service offering that can help people choose and build their dream prefab house. I love your channel, but do not have a clear idea on how to build/buy a prefab house in California bay area.
😍😍😍 Vessel homes are awesome! Thank You for posting this Kerry. I love futuristic looking Prefab homes and Vessel homes look incredible. The differences in the prices of the three models are not big so it’s really a matter of picking the one you like. My favorite is the E. I’d make the bed room a living room/bedroom too. Very smart idea. Just wow. I can’t wait to hear more about them. Keep kicking ass Kerry. 😎
Hi Kerry, these are very up my alley with that futuristic look, but pound for pound Zennihome still has them beat. For 100K you get a very modern look and larger space, but more importantly, fully furnished including appliances. I'm one of the first 10 on their list, delivery expected 60-90 days. 👍Still like watching your videos, full of great ideas.
Thanks for the suggestion, I haven’t heard of this company but I will check them out now. I’m looking to sell my house/ downsize and researching different affordable modular builders. Congrats on your soon-to-be home!
What is the difference in these prefab and modular homes any greater than the manufactured homes that are about 2000 square feet for a hundred thousand
Unique, futuristic for sure. Not sure about their practicality. No foundation? With hurricanes here in Florida, I envision the house thrown into space like the house in The Wizard of Oz. Thank you for the video. Another option to ponder. I’d be interested in knowing if the company is a Chinese organization that is building their products here. Great job as always
My interpretation of the "no foundation" statement is that the company has no specifications for any certain foundation. So you could put it in a trailer if you wanted. When you put it on land you'll have local codes dictating what kind of foundation you need and inspections to pass along the way 😉
If you put one of these in Arkansas and either a tornado would sail it to Missouri. The tornado would have to get there before one of the hicks, some of those guys will steal anything.
Model V: I'm not a fan of the two types of flooring, and especially that the bathroom is at the other end of the house from the bedroom. Plus there is no room for storing the vacuum cleaner, mop or broom in any of these models. Otherwise, they are cool looking and within budget (sort-of). Thanks again Kerry for bringing us another option.
If you would really consider putting/stamping the model name & number/Manufacturing Company name ON EACH PICTURE RELATED TO THAT HOME it would be so very lovely and save us time having to stop 'rewind' and waste time....that would be very lovely. I am subscribed and grateful for this information.
model S starts from $144,950.00 ??? model V starts from $149,950.00 ??? model E starts from $159, 950.00 ??? I guess these prices include freight from China, customs, transportation and installation and everything...Even if they include everything, I still think they are much higher than I can get from China.
They have a location in Garland, TX where they are either assembling or outright building the units. They also have a resort property they are building with these on a local lake. They are advertising them at $69,000.
We need longer screen time on the homes and features. Not on you talking. Your work is brilliant and so very much appreciated. Well, you can always screenshot the designs you like. The teacher is the feature - especially for comic relief. Otherwise, you could just as easily look up the websites for what he's highlighting.
I don't think China needs to be in the North American home market... they take enough money out of here as it is... not to mention the last few years...
You mean you choose to spend your money on stuff made in China. Your argument is like a junkie blaming the drug dealer. Self accountability. Make different purchasing decisions.
Hi Kerry. Thanks for the info. Yes, I'm with the majority on this one: doubtful. I'm not sure that a company from China will be able to keep to those prices but that's the least of their worries. Mistrust in what they provide will be their largest hurdle which is clearly why they're targeting larger deals. What truly sucks? If these actually DO become a low income housing option that does actually spy on us. Isn't it the poorest of us that end up with the bottom of the barrel? These seem to me to be just that. Something someone will turn into the future of trailer park trash. Sorry. This seems like a resounding NO to me. I pray the "made in China" part leaves this company to desolve itself soon enough. But I'm not holding my breath either way. Thanks for the info!
Note @ 0:44. It’s a Texas based company. They were planning on using Chinese manufacturing. Like say, your iPhone or android phone. Or whatever you watched this in. Odds are it was made in China.
