Un-Procrastinate - make it a habit of doing it then and there, keep things organized continuously so that you don't need to take out separate time for organizing. 4. Plan, Plan, Plan - About your day, what activity will take what time, and Always Over Estimate time allocation 5. Making use of Dead Time - Plan your activities around your dead/Idle time 6.The Path of Least Resistance - How can you save time in every action you take, most efficient way of doing any task, keep thinking about how you can be more efficient 7. Its all about your mentality or attitude of saving time 8. Sleep - Never check mobile when on the bed, and DON'T Snooze your alarm. Find your daily minimum sleep hrs. 9. 80% Rule:- Do it 80% time at least and stay satisfied. Keep trying.

@@riteshsivanathan this is quite funny to see actually. i dont claim my english to be perfect but sometimes i see native speakers with such poor grammar compared to my own. i think if u learn it as your native tongue you obviously speak before writing, so that can affect your grammar knowledge, whereas if u learn it as a second, third etc. language, you most likely put more effort into the grammar, at least thats a big focus in schools.

I just leave the comment to say how much relieving are these videos for me. I am an MSc Aerospace Engineering student and it's so frustrating to see how many of my friends from other disciplines have so much time in their lives, much less stress, much less pressure. It's so relieving to see someone for who time management is not just also an obsession but a requirement as well.

Then maybe u should check ur diet... It's either due to unhealthy diet or due to bad mental health(been there so I know)..if it's mental health then obviously u have to work on that 1st but healthy meal is important in any case

Nasser do you ever feel like this constant effort to be maximally efficient with calculation of every minute spent of the day is really mentally tiring? I feel like it would make me feel more stressed if I was constantly trying to complete all tasks, including things like eating, as quickly as I can and almost running from one to the other. while it might be great to be this efficient for short bursts at a time, for example during an exam period, how do you maintain this routine without feeling like you are on a marathon and being burnt out?
Completely agreed with you. I've been doing the same stuff my entire life. Maximizing my efficiency by planning, planning, and planning. Using every minute of open/dead time to get a task over with. Also, sleep is not important to me, as long as I get enough, I am happy with that. Great video! The idea of maximizing time efficiency has a correlation with OCD by the way. I have it and I have been told it is because of my OCD.
I used to consider overthinking my tasks a fault but after watching this I feel a lot better. You also seem to analyse and think about stuff a lot. Things that might even seem trivial. Even though it's taxing, it really helps in being extremely organized. Thank you for this video!!!

Hey Kharma. Its ok to be obsessed with time management. Time management is the best and most important skill in life. All millionaires and entrepreneurs use time management skills to be where they wanna be. I hate to see lazy people waking up at 10 and complaining about their life. You are inspiration and trust me you are the reason why I am thinking to go back and complete my degree and get an ipad.
I think it's possible to achieve this even when you're depressed, you just kind of have to take this knowledge and tweak it to your needs and emotionally tune in with yourself!
