Great buy on the tractor Wes. We never had a 7000 series on our farm but the farm next door had two. A 7800 and later a 7810. The 7800 was 2wd with the power quad i think and was a good tractor. The 7810 had the powershift and had numerous issues with it and also had an issue with the lift. I've always favored the Quad range or Power Quad but that is just my preference. It is a very nice looking tractor.
Awesome !! I have watched ALL your videos in a couple of weeks and i enjoy them very much . My dad has a dairy farm overhere in northern Sweden and i use to help him out in some weekends and on my vacation from my regular job , witch includes driving hes JD 7810 . Realy fun to se all the "exotic" stuff you are planting like corn and beans etc that doesn´t grow around here , keep up the good work.
One of the best Deeres ever built - incredible to get one with so few hours. Just over £43,000 sterling. Very popular in the UK. Which year was it built ?
Nice tractor u got one of the best Deeres built I've hauled silage with a tractor identical to that one and kept up with a dump truck good all round tractor!
What is the likelihood that the 7410 with be replaced anytime soon, and if so what would to want to replace it with. And the 7810 would be one bitchin loader tractor
Tractor was well worth what you paid for it. I'm from Ireland and have a 7810 too with 4000 hours on it. Only bought it last year. Nice tractor with good strong engine- Great reliability. Hope the tractor goes alright for you
the 7810, there AWESOME tractors. I used one at my neighbors place for chopping grass silage and they really get the job done!! I think you got a great deal!!
Awsome tractor and great price. I guess I never had the money to buy that new of a tractor and use it that little, though your benefit from the little use. I noticed the 7410 is getting some high hours. I spent a lot of time on this same model except with the powershift, and this is such a great tractor. Its so comfortable that its easy to put long hours in.
little rubbing compound will bring the paint right back to life I suggest using a good wax after the rubbing compound you got a good deal on that 7810.
Nice score with those hours its almost new. Just looked up similar 7810s and great deal ya got put her to good use and I know you will cant wait to see it in action.
thats a steal, this one for sure only has 1300 hours but ive heard of one 7810 that the tach had been rolled over and the dealer tryed to sell it as a 3000 houred tractor but it really had 13,000+ hours on it. Anyway the owner found out and got some of the purchase money back out of the dealer. We have one exactly like yours, same tranny, heavy front axle, and its got 9800 hours on it. My neighbor has one with the E range and TLS and it has over 12,000 hours on it. Very reliable tractors
Wes, Get yourself some Meguiar's car polish (#2) or cleaner (#1 IIRC)- or Kit brand car polish to clean that tractor. You can use either brand on plastic or paint with equally great results. I've cleaned up a ton of JD's with both, and they always come out looking like new.
I have drove a 7810 many times they are nice tractors. They seem to not have many problems with the 7810 that was a good series tractor. But I still love driving the 3 Fendt 926 that we have on the farm.
pulling out on roads, had several cab fan problems, they quit and I beleive it had four just in the cab, another odd thing and it was a rough ridin tractor and ya its not all that heavy but still. When we got rid of ours it showed 4000 hours so it just had over 7000, luckily many people like the 7010 series and we go $70000 for it, that was a good day! I see yours has the powerquad, should be way more reliable, not saying they aren't good, but maybe pay closer attention to it for a while.
That´s a realy great deal, and 1300h is only wath we dream of here in europ, just fixed one at the shop where i work that´s godt 11700h on it and stille running strong with the 4900 heston behind it.
that is a sweet tractor they say over here in europe that the 7810 was the best modern tractor deere has ever built for reliablety etc is that power shift or power quad?, good buy, hav fun.
Wes i must say that is a sharp looking tractor and you payed less then the wholesale price for it that hrs it should retail for 85 it is not ever broke in yet.thumbs up
Great tractor! Weve had a 7800 and thr traded it in on a new 7810 and i burned at 2000 hours it was on our new hilland 590 great tractor. You got a great deal man i wouldnt buy this one because ours had 19spd powershifts those are the beat! Weve had two and LOVE them
that tractor is worth about 80,000 plus. very value able tractor with that low amount of hours. ours has 4000 hrs and ours is worth 80,000 because it has duals in the front.
I think you got a very good deal. Most of the 7810's I have seen on average have over 5000 hours and range in price from $115,000 to $58,000 but that depends on the year model. Other than a few cosmetic flaws looks like a great tractor
Fine machine Have a 7810 for sale here in Denmark (Europe) who have gone 3200 hours to 295'000 Danish kroner = ($ 51,006.29) ... So'm sure you've done a REALLY good deal .. Congratulations
It should be 150 hp pto, ours was. We had a 97 7810 that we bought with 2 or 3 thousand hours, about a year after we had it the hour meter quit, which was odd to me why that would quit but anyway it had a 19 speed powershift, biggest p o s transmission we had ever been around, it was worked on by our dealer severeal times, never was fully fixed, I don't think they ever really knew what was wrong. it hesitated to shift and the clutch was really random at where it like to engage, scary when
I now have four other family members, the remaining farmers on my mothers side, hooked on this channel...we were just talking about your tractor the other day when we were up at deer camp lol
is it buy a new tractor season our next door neighbour just bought a new case puma 210, we just bought a new john deere 7280r, but i still perfer the case magnum though im not a big john deere person
hey mate, i think ur brilliant, i try to emulate u... i think ur farms looks like a growing business wat with the new tractors and more acerage..... i think u aalso do a brilliant job with your repairs, lots of knowledge.... i just wondered how lucrative mulch (ithink thats wat u spell it) hay is, cos it looks pretty good, from ur videos...
Haha you think that's a lot of tractor for a brush hog? We got a 20 ft brush hog that we put on our 7810 to mow corn sticks or stocks whatever you want to call them after the combine and it lugs the tractor down if you go over 5.5. We regularly put 8110 and 8320 tractors on it for mowing the hedge lines because 7810 isn't enough. Maybe enough for a 15ft brush hog. If there putting it on one of those three point hitch 5ft ones then yes more than enough
Forgot to add that either of those products remove oxidation from the sun and weather very well. It's rated at 150 PTO HP, but the Nebraska tests showed it turned up 167.58 pto and 139.47 drawbar. Best looking tractor Deere ever built IMO
Congratulations :) Any plans for what to use her for? this one might give the 7410 a brake every now and then? Hope she serve you well. Cant wait to see her nice and shiny again ;) How many tractors have you got now? (lost the count long time ago... hehe) Could you maybe make an update showing how many tractors you have?
cool man. yeah i think u got a good tractor there. I'll be honest i've never cared for john deeres. iv always ran a good ol Farmall 806 diesel. the hour gage on it quit workin at 64,000 hours & its NEVER been rebuilt. yes i know that sounds completely impossible but it has'nt been used hard, just a lot. but yeah u got a good tractor! i like the old oliver tractor as well. u dont see many of them & my last name is oliver.
The 7810 is one of the best models that JD ever did.
Great buy on the tractor Wes. We never had a 7000 series on our farm but the farm next door had two. A 7800 and later a 7810. The 7800 was 2wd with the power quad i think and was a good tractor. It is a very nice looking tractor.
What a steal Wes. The 7810's are one of the best deeres built and have been know to hold their own against the bigger 7930. Great buy.

Just over £43,000 sterling. Very popular in the UK. Which year was it built ?
u can widen the tires on the tractor without swaping the sides we do it all the time for side dressing corn
Nice tractor u got one of the best Deeres built I've hauled silage with a tractor identical to that one and kept up with a dump truck good all round tractor!

nope its right at 1334 Hrs it was never used much
so whats this tractors role on the farm, replace the 7410 ??
Awsome tractor and great price. I guess I never had the money to buy that new of a tractor and use it that little, though your benefit from the little use. I noticed the 7410 is getting some high hours.

how dose switching wheels from one side to the other make it wider

awesome tractor wes one of the best deere ever made i think there around 200 on the dyno friend of mine had one ! well done
definatly worth the money if i had that money i would bye it I'm also a farmer from out in NY love john deere own internationals.
That´s a realy great deal, and 1300h is only wath we dream of here in europ, just fixed one at the shop where i work that´s godt 11700h on it and stille running strong with the 4900 heston behind it.
a modern classic deere, worth more now than when they were brand new over here in ireland
that is a sweet tractor they say over here in europe that the 7810 was the best modern tractor deere has ever built for reliablety etc is that power shift or power quad?, good buy, hav fun.

Right when I saw that ass end I knew it was a 7810 the fenders are not on the whole back part of the wheel on our 7810 too. Good video.
I now have four other family members, the remaining farmers on my mothers side, hooked on this channel...we were just talking about your tractor the other day when we were up at deer camp lol

Great vid guys Smile More God Bless stay safe guys 👍
are you escaping the effects of the hurricane? Best of luck, looks like your new tractor is neat, Green all the way!
Nonsense, brush hogged weeds in a bean field with a 8130 dualed front and rear! Great snag ya got!
Man U god the 3 tractors I want! And those 7810's take the hours well I ran one a lot as well as a 7710 7210 and many 7420's and many many more!
Nice looking low hour tractor! Good deal
7000 series tractors are great!
We did the opposite with are wheels on our 6420 we made the tractor thinner for the sprayer so we can spray corn
kylewil12plays we do that to on ours but we push the wheels back out for more stabilty
most definitely worth the money!! is this the replacement for the one that burned up while mowing hay?
hey mate, i think ur brilliant, i try to emulate u... i think ur farms looks like a growing business wat with the new tractors and more acerage..... i think u aalso do a brilliant job with your repairs, lots of knowledge.... i just wondered how lucrative mulch (ithink thats wat u spell it) hay is, cos it looks pretty good, from ur videos...
Nothing runs like a Deere 7810 is a nice tractor low ours what is the age of it ?
Great tractor!!! I knew what it was before you even should the model

3 more hours and park it. Haha. Not a bad rig at all!
Why all the weights on the front for bush-hogging?? Doesn't make good sense?
Later! OL J R :)

what you got to say about TR in the background .
Tim, Wax on, Wax off, Wax on, Wax off. You too can become a Karate Master :-)
Congratulations :)
Any plans for what to use her for? this one might give the 7410 a brake every now and then? Hope she serve you well. Cant wait to see her nice and shiny again ;)
How many tractors have you got now? (lost the count long time ago... hehe) Could you maybe make an update showing how many tractors you have?
hey wes did you survive the hurricane? seen alot of stuff about destruction in new jersey on the news.
Nice one, i bet you will be happy with that
It would have been cheaper if you flew over here to the UK and bought a 7810 and shipped it back to the USA about $15,000 cheaper
A lot of hassle and back then the currency exchange rate wasn't favourable enough for that
Do you have two combines?
That thing is well worth what you paid for it. Just out of curiosity how much is it actually worth?
you got a steal it's in good shape nice buy
Not whenever you are spending it on business expenses like this.. We gross alot but Net income doesn't come out to be that impressive.
nice deal on a nice tractor
John Deere tractors are the best tractors in the world

cool man. yeah i think u got a good tractor there.
