You are one of the worst reviewers of bodybuilding competition I've ever seen. You sound like a Dexter Jackson homer instead of an objective bodybuilding fan. Almost everything you said is Pro Dexter and Anti Bonac but only at the end you say Bonac wins this pose and that pose.
Bonac won as the most complete bodybuilder (and in better condition). Dexter's left arm is fading and he doesn't have calves worth noting. Dexter's bubble gut is killing him since he's not willing to work that hard anymore ie) drugs. Dexter has freely admitted he doesn't even work his abs.
Yeah, Dexter is starting to fade imo. His calves don't exist, and some people dismiss that body part entirely. You can't dismiss a missing arm though, and Dexter's left arm looks a full 2-3 inches smaller than his right arm.
I think the Blade did exceptionally well, he is still there. If not for Bonac, he would've won no matter his gut. But yeah, he tries to put more mass, hence comes the distended midsection and the lack of stamina. His conditioning was very good, but judging by his looks, this was his 100%. Either less conditioned or less mass, but he can't stretch things further I believe. Still an incredible display. And Bonac is our new champion, a very complete guy! What do you guys think, was it wise for Ramy to skip the Arnold's? I mean this momentum could give Bonac the edge over him in September...but on the other hand he is still hiding while Bonac had to unveil his cards now. I say he had a full house, it will be hard to top! :)
Bonac looks so awkard in almost every pose. Narrow shoulders, wide waist and low lats make him have no taper whatsoever. His torso is so short in crab pose it looks like they removed half of his spine. His chest and ribs look very weird in fdb. His arms are ultra short along with the biceps belly. Yes, he has world class lower body, but his upper body structure is way to flawed for me to place him over Dexter and Roelly desoite superior conditioning. Roelly is the winner to me, has the least flaws and pretty good conditioning
His upper body structure is indeed far from ideal. That plus his short stature is likely going to hold him back from ever winning the Olympia unless guys like Phil or Ramy come in off. But muscle belly and conditioning-wise he is the best in the game right now after Phil.
Tomn8er I also noticed he lacks the detail in his arms and shoulders in the side triceps pose and the tatoo certanly doesn't help. At least he doesn't have a bubble gut, let's appretiate that. I wanna even imagine how that would look on him lol

Hopefully, he can address that before he melts like Ronnie.
It might a be a bit of a weird idea, but I reckon Bonac would benefit heaps from a full waistline and oblique liposuction procedure. He needs to create more of an illusion of V-Taper and chest to waist size differential, and it seems like he's got a bit of a genetic roadblock in that even when he's dialled in, his waistline is still a bit thick and heavy. He should go do it quick and then go crazy for a couple of months on lat pulldowns and pullovers and pec flyes, then bring the rest of the package exactly as it is to the Olympia.

If he doesn't show the other 50% of his body to anybody we have no right in thinking he will win anything or place high. Lets just leave him in the background for now and we will see when he steps on stage. I think it's better to focus on the other competitors who have proved more of themselves at this point in time.
Redouan Amankur ofc I can have an opinion. Hes got Alien genetics. Combine that with hard ass work and you got a champ. He was 225 on Olympia stage in 2016. Now he’s 265. That’s 40 more lbs. if you think some of that didn’t fall into his legs your crazy. And he’s still growing.
He lied about his weight in 2016, he lies now as well I believe. He'll do just as good as Wolf did yesterday. I don't expect any more of him, really, and neither you should.

This was a bad outing by dexter. His front double bi and side chest have always been his stronger poses but he struggled here. That gut is killing him and his legs detail are fading. The size game is taking its toll on folks like Dexter and Shawn roden and bonac needa be careful on the size game or he will be on the slide.

For me he has a short torso and longer ( looking) legs which makes hi Tankish. Cedric, when will he get it together and just leapfrog everyone. Maybe the Australian? Cedric can only beat Phil Heath. Bonic can only beat Phil if he comes in off on condition. So Cedric bring on the conditioning and you win. Everyone knows that. Fighure out why you hold water. We are all waiting for Cedric. Dex has better genetics. Bonac's back from the front runs very low which makes him look somewhat blocky. I would have picked Dex for the win. Where Dex falls short is the calves and Bonac has very good calves. I think if Dex came in dryer he would have won. His legs and abs looked a bit watery.
I loved Dex package, he's one of my all time favs. The turth is he didn't deserve to be in top 3. Lot's of people are ignoring obvious flaws including judges, which gave him 2nd due to his name and being a past repeat winner. IMO, it was one of his worst showings at a major comp. Dexter's strengths are conditioning, muscle maturity, and then symmetery. That gut robs him of those strengths in many poses. Then his quads were cloudy, soft, and lack seperation which Dexter always had. Dexter's best pose is ab and thigh and this was his worst pose at Arnold 2018.... Then the entire left arm look soft and weak. Flat bicep and cloudy delts compared to the right side. He looked great from the back but he a horrible looking side tri, legs were soft in side chest and Ab thigh. FBP was off-balanced and legs didn't match.
Iam still trying to see where bonac's waist looks chunky in the front double bicep pose😂 he has the perfect v tapper if anything Dexter's waist is a little off yet he never had that great v tapper even when in perfect conditioning

i don't like William's look with the low lats he looks like a flying squirrel in the first pose however he did beat jackson but more because jackson isn't 100% not because William physique is actually better a better jackson could have beat William i think my personal favourite is cedric maybe thats why i prefer dexter to William

He's similar to Kai Green with those lats and how he's cramming a lot of muscle into a shorter frame.
