i have hip displacia and this was good for me...are there any more moves that focus on healing the hip? and i was a little confused as to when i was supposed to be inhaling and exhaling if you could explain this a little more. you are wonderful thankyou for this practice ll my love and grattitude xxx
Than you for your feedback. We wish you fast and gentle healing with your hips. We do have some videos specifically for hip mobility. We usually start by getting the physical movement down and then add the breathwork. You may even feel a natural flow as you start to become comfortable with the work. 🙏

I meant a few second stops, ( to give the body's fluids and tissues the time to reset), at the end of one movement before starting the next...... on my perception. Long time practicing yoga and qigong. maybe this one is different.

Yes, we do. Check out dragon, tiger snake, leopard, and crane. The 5 Element crane is the version where one leg is raised in the back with the arms parallel to the ground.

Thank you Elly for your guidance and help. I have a hernia in my neck vertebrae and it's hard for me to sleep because of the pain. Can you help me with some Qigong exercises that may help me?
Sorry to hear about your pain. Dragon whips it's tail is gentle but moving and great for the entire spine. It helps me a lot with spinal arthritis. We also have Qigong for sleep you may want to check out. It has gentle practices that you may benefit from as well. Elly may have other suggestions. This is what works for me. Thank you Elly as always a wonderful flow. The arm movement will it help to build arm muscles? I want to build strong arms not that easy at my age 66 years. I do weights some times, but it builds up a loth of tensions in my neck and shoulders, which are already tense. thanks
Ellie the artificial color of chi display effects on your video i have seen shoot out of a Master QiGong instructor back and into a almost blinding brite fiusha color Sun with changing colored Rays of red with a green outlined (lunes) yellow rays with red outlined many more colores ,buy more fiusha color . I slowed down frane and it left a purple lush colored Chi Ball behind the Master back..
