    Your advice is a lot cheaper than a consultation with a doctor or a prescription from Big Pharma.
    And the results are indisputably better !

    Thanks, Shane! I just made a recipe David Wolfe had shared for hemp milk and made the chia pudding with blueberries, acai powder and a banana. It wasn't that bad! I haven't wanted nut milk or any kind of milk since I went raw vegan so this was a great surprise that the hemp milk was so good. I also got active creatine (vegan) and vegan bcaa capsules and have been trying to eat more pumpkin seeds. It's hard because they are hard to digest. But, I have to say that this video is one of your most helpful. I love sprouting also and wish more people would do it since sprouts give me so much energy! I am hoping for very good muscle building and muscle definition soon!

    Did you know that there‘s caffeine in Cacao? I heared it depletes your adrenals, so I stopped eating it. However I might try these meals sometimes. Keep up the work Shane, very inspiring and helpful. Truly an inspiration. Thank you.

    With your green juice … can I blend then strain as I don’t have a juicer atm? Or is that just not the same benefit ? Cheers

    Thank you for this video, it is very helpful for starting out our journey. May I ask what brand of Cordyceps and protein powder you recommend? & for the smoothie, is it better to use whole flax seeds, or flaxmeal?

    Love this video, would love to start a raw lifestyle without looking frail. I want to know in what order do you consume these on workout days including times pre and post workouts. What do you snack on to stay full? The feeling of hunger is very uncomfortable. When is your last meal?

    Do you soak the chia/pumpkin/flax/sunflower seeds or is dry fine?

    • @RawVeganRising
      @RawVeganRising  8 місяців тому +4

      Chia will be automatically soaked when you add it to the hemp milk. Chia pudding is incredible and will help change your life.
      Flax seeds should be added to your smoothies and blended up. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds can be added plain to your salads.

      Taste is acquired and changing based on view and attitude,the more correct knowledge available the more it can alter,sprouted lentils can become seem very tasty plain or with spices like garam masala and/or dressing,also buckwheat sprouts with fresh dill,dill seeds,cucumbers and hemp hearts paste(called urbech),sometimes with winter cabbage(not grown in China)or with fennel bulb..so called preferences depending on known which can be delusion,prejudices must be taken into consideration

    16 T of Chia Seeds is ONE CUP of chia seeds..... is this recipe meant to be eaten in one meal?!

    • @KatieJN
      @KatieJN 7 місяців тому

      It looks like he’s indicating 4 tablespoons of chia per half cup of milk for ONE meal per day.
      16 TBSP to 2 cups of milk would be for 4 days, which you can make in advance to make it easier. 😊

      @@KatieJN 😆Yes! Thank you Katie, It became evident when I made a full batch. I poured them into four serving sized jars... so easy. I've had it for breakfast with fruit for the past few days and it is so filling!
