    That's so funny that you said like be a fly on the wall and observe and then when you're ready you'll know exactly what to do and that is what I've been doing for the last 12 days... Slowly incrementing the lemon ginger blast. I'm up to two jars a day today and up to two jars of citrus... Having one meal about 1 to 2:00 in the afternoon and then when I'm ready to switch over it won't be that big of a change.... To just do the juice fast for 40 days and see what comes out of my body. Thank you Shane. Peace be with you

    Thank you for sharing this! I am not 100% raw vegan but mostly…I may never be fully raw but open to anything my body needs along the journey. I love how I feel now that I’m eating mostly raw, juicing, etc… I’m floored at how good I feel. I was vegan/vegetarian for most of my life (about 20 years) and now in my 40s I have come to accept that I needed a further change in my diet….I reluctantly wanted to “try” raw vegan so I could see if I could do it mentally….and I could! LOL.
    It def takes discipline but if you know your worth, you will do the hard things that need to get done for your own health and joy.

    When you soak your lentils and almonds , do you keep them in the fridge?
    Then after 24 hours of soaking, how do you store them?
    Do you leave the lentils out in sunlight so that they sprout?

      As long as you don't eat them with high fats the body digests them and processes the sugar more readily

      @@majorlionzion i can drink apple juice with ginger and i wont get diarrhea. There seems to be something about orange juice particularly that stimulates diarrhea. id assume its the citric acid, but apple juice with alot of lemon/ginger doesnt cause diarrhea for me either.

    • @majorlionzion
      @majorlionzion Місяць тому

      @@juicefast2heal yes oranges massively break down old remains in the bowels. Appels have this less. Can't explain why but you might need to do a PROPER juice fast. This requires drinking a lot of citrus. You don't usually ever drink citrus or other fruit unless juicefasting. This could eventually full enpty your stomach/intestines. If you were to then drink orange juice nothing will come out. But again were not even really supposed to be drinking orange juice for anything but removing old waste, not that it isn't super healthy we just need the fiber normally and so oramges are better, less quickly absorbed
