I have stopped doing UA-cam workouts for quite some time now because I was unhappy with the instructors and also used to do a lot of cardio and jumping which was annoying for my neighbours. Went back to Yoga for a while but its hard for me to feel at ease with white yoga instructors given all the cultural appropriation... Your channel brought the fun of exercising back to me, you have such warm energy which just makes me smile as soon as you start talking and not having to think about the inappropriateness with saying "Namaste" or things like that helps me to really ease my mind and be in the moment.
This IS my flow!! Been looking for something strong, but lower impact to get back into a regular routine of moving (thanks Rona 🙄) and this👏🏾 is 👏🏾IT!🎉🎊 Committing to this 4 days a week for the next 4 weeks. Wish me luck!

My wrists are always bad (dang computer all day) and I end up going on my elbows or not doing many exercises. Would love a wrist friendly but still whole body Pilates workout!

Just started learning about pilates, and glad I was able to find your classes. It was fun and challenging, and perfect for the small space I have. The cues on breathing was really helpful too (the shhhhh sound was great).

This class was pretty challenging but I can tell I've gotten stronger over time! I've been doing pilates 4x a week for only 15-20 mins and I could do SO much! I've never done a 1-legged bridge before, it was always the move I was most scared of and I did it!! Thank you Issa for being such an incredible teacher, you are so motivating! 💞
OMG THAT BURNED !🥵 I do feel alive tho and ready to take on the day. I need to work on my strength..arms are killing me. It's my first time doing pilates and I really enjoyed this workout. However, I think I need to try your beginners video so I can work my way up. You are fantastic by the way 🙂🦾

This was my first day trying pilates after a couple weeks of yoga, and wow! It was challenging because I am outta my element, but it wasn't overwhelming and it was super easy to follow along. I appreciate the fact that you emphasize correct breathing and posture throughout the workout because at least now I know I'm not hurting my back etc in the process. I am so happy your page popped into my recommended! Super pumped to go on this fitness journey with such a personable and thorough teacher.
