Thank you so much for this video! I've been unable to do pilates like I'm used to for the past few weeks due to an abdominal injury, and I've been a little afraid to jump right back into it, both because I'm not fully healed yet and because I know I'm not quite where I was before the injury (can't do quite as many core workouts right now as I used to, sadly). This was a really great way for me to get back into pilates without worrying too much about aggravating my injury! Will definitely be doing it again in the next few weeks as I work back to where I was before!
