I’m so glad I got my head back in the game and my bum back on my mat Life has been lifing and I’ve allowed myself to get distracted by so many things that were not moving me towards my goals. This was awesome! Really felt the muscles working but not too intense, perfect for when you're focusing on consistency with exercise as opposed to focusing on impact! And amazed you were able to work through all this and show us how while recovering + post-partum! Thank you!

I struggle with patellofemoral syndrome and it would be a great help for me and others who deal with knee pain. Thank you! 💕

Thanks i enjoyed that. I am in a shoebox room in Hong Kong transiting back to China and did this on my bed. When I did the long stretches I had to do them diagonally on the bed or hit the wall! I feel much better and will be boarding a train knowing I prepared my body as best I can.

Love your videos. You explain all moves so well. I have one question, is there a trick to help keep balance when on all fours and moving a leg. I struggle not to move my hips whilst moving my leg. Thanks for the help and all these amazing videos.
