I believe the Xbox has a built in twitch streaming ability, but you could use a capture card to stream from the Xbox through the laptop and from the laptop to twitch! Get the best cpu version you can if you go down that route (10th gen i5 of more. I have links in my description that lead to that model)

As good as can be in the sub $900 price range! They have the 9th gen i5’s and the 10th soon if not already as well that usually cost the same but offer the performance bump as well.
