Im so glad theres some discussion around Gravity Circuit! Great game, great music. So glad I followed Dominic Ninmark while they were making the soundtrack for introducing me to the game!
So I'm bad for not playing alot of indie games but dude you've got me sold on a few of these. Golf story being the main one! Great video as always dude
Another great video! I can't wait to pick up Gravity Circuit once the physical releases! I noticed you didn't mention The Messenger's physical release, and for good reason. They really need to rerelease it so that everyone can get a copy on physical without paying the insane price it holds now. Best indie game I can mention off the top of my head would be Spelunky 2. It's just so beautifully done for an action platformer.
I'm definitely picking up the physical edition of Gravity Circuit as well. Games like that I'm fine with double dipping. And yes, The Messenger physical edition needs to be re-released. Trying to grab a copy now would be well over 100 bucks, which is just ridiculous. I'll check out Spelunky 2. Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks, man. You should definitely give Chained Echoes a shot. Nothing quite holds up to Chrono Trigger for me personally, but it does hit on a lot of the same highlights.
You're a great presenter, thanks for this video! I'd love to hear your opinion on what some of the best local coop games are for the switch. I recently finished Rain World with my roommate and it was incredible.
Hey, thank you so much! I'll have to check out Rain World, haven't played it yet. And that would be a good video to make, I'll put in the list to work on.
@@parkbench80 I didn't know that. I've only played ca few mins to check it worked as I bought about 20 games at the same time and another one grabbed me first.
You know what? Yes, Cadence of Hyrule does definitely deserve to be on this list. It is one of the most fun, 2D Zelda games, AND it's made by a 3rd party. I'll work it into a future video because I do want to talk about it. Thank you!
You need to “display” the games you are talking about a lot better than you do now.I kept having to pause, rewind, fast forward, pause, rewind, pause again.I see tons of other people on UA-cam display their choices very big,and keep them on the screen for a minute.
@@gabegoforthI don’t even know what this dude is talking about. I watch review videos daily from a plethora of channels. I was very surprised that you had less than a thousand subs based on the quality of the videos and how well spoken you are. Keep doing your thing, and don’t let anyone tell you what you “need” to do. Got yourself a sub from me.

It really does deserve to be talked about and played so much more! Lol, sadly, though, the majority of people that I know have never even heard of it.
Celeste? Hotline Miami? OUTER WILDS ?????

Hey, thank you so much, man! You should definitely give Golf Story a playthrough. It's a great pickup and play.
Great list, also your voice is amazing. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it.

Great review. I have looking forward to a modern chrono trigger for a while.

allow me to add some:
huntdown, slain, valfaris...
These pixel art games are great on small consoles but are a mess in larger screens.
hades even u in level 3 when u die back to start

There's a dlc for Rainworld which I hear is great.
@@n1nj4l1nk yes, the DLC is needed for coop actually!

Not putting hollow knight is a crime
Hollow Knight is one of the best games ever.
maybe because its well known
@@goissilva Almost half the games on this list is well known so it doesn’t make sense
Hollow Knight is mid
Putting Hollow knight on every single list is a crime
