we’re still in the “primary” part of school(legally required part) and this is helpful- we dissociate a lot during school so we voice record our lectures/lessons(we’re in more college like classes rn) and use grounding techniques a lot- we usually dissociate during late in class or in meal time- during meal time we have friends to help us out, but in class we NEED this video- thank you so much!

This is helpful as I’ve just discovered my system and have school but I’m in high school and it’s a bit stressful having many people talking inside at once. No one knows about my system yet and havent questioned it so I’m finding as much help as i can

we have only one member in our system who isn't dysclaculic and vix covers our maths classes, and it works great actually

Our system’s issue is that sometimes the same alters don’t go to the same class which is terrible since school builds and it’s asdfghjkjgfdssfhkljg
I know I'm a little late but another good tip if you disassociate during lectures is to record them so you can listen to them later 😊 I know on my campus in the book store they had different things to record with you could buy, and a few semesters ago I had a lab partner who had a pen that she could record with.

@@quirkyblackenby not in all states or places- In our area it’s legal to record it for personal use, you just need permission to publish it
Lol....you should do a video on the different notes like the poetry one etc....that would be so cool
I use to take notes for people in my classes! I loved it because it made me focus a lot harder in my classes to take the best notes possible.
How did you find different systems on campus? We would love to have understanding friends where we attend

Auf question from a kolleg skeptic: ^^
What if many Alters came into existance during school and some because of Stuff in school? But you want to go to School again bechause you need to get a higher aducation to be able to get the job you want. But the fear of alters arround that topic could boycott that..? Any advice? =)
