    This was such a beautiful practice. I loved how well you reunited breath with each movement and how you said, "Surrender becomes serene." Your core practices are my favorite - thank you for reminding us we're enough and that we can breathe through it.

    Thank you for this mornings practice. My yoga time feeds my soul and I couldnt have made it here without you. Sincerly, post baby back pain GONE (after 6 hard months), plus im 45 pounds down. Been with you since January 2017.

    Every time I hear “like a doll in a bath tub” I laugh. But what gets me really giggling is when you say swimming is hard. It’s just gets me laughing and in the am? Laughter like that is so cool! 💚💚 🏊‍♀️ is hard!

    While I appreciate your good intentions, except for the half plank, none of this is "core" work, it's lower back work.

      From my what I've been taught and read, our lower back is most definitely part of our core and our overall core strength. However, you might've learned differently , so to each their own teachings :)

      Well, when you arch, you are stretching the abdominal muscles. To tighten the core means you need to contract those muscles. (Former professional dancer, group fitness/yoga instructor and personal trainer here.... :-) )
