Those bicycles got the core burning good! Overall enjoyed the added poses I wasn't familiar with prior. Wide leg downward dog, and left over right hips back. Really opens the hips!!! Thanks!

I loved this practice! I started with yoga 3 weeks ago and I feel so good, I felt my body was too tight and I have a lot of stuck energy, I felt so much relief while doing this twists. Thank you so much for creating your channel, I just love it.

Glad to see you posting videos more frequently. I am a former member of your community and I just had a baby. I wonder if you can you recommend a few poses that are good for diastasis recti?
Hi Melissa - welcome back & congrats on your little one! I'm sorry to hear you've experienced diastasis recti. I'm including some articles that were recommended to me by a prenatal teacher below. The biggest moves to avoid are crunches, planks, & twists - anything that compresses the abdomen or makes it create that dome shape. Pelvic tilts, belly pulsing, & abdominal bracing on your back & building to bridge are good places to focus. Also, if you're not receiving support from your medical team, there are physical therapists who specialize in DR & can give more individual assistance.
