Looks like 4x4 and a 2x6 plus angle iron. Trickiest part will be routing those groves out for the angle iron. Notice how they are angled between the front and back. Front grove slightly lower than the rear so the dumbells can be easily grabbed and lifted toward you.

Has a large chop saw and a metal cutting bandsaw....but lacks even a decent wood chisel?
