I cannot respond to questions with requests for medical advice left in the comments to this video. If you leave a question, I will try to answer it in a future video. You can also subscribe to my channel and join me for an upcoming Ask Dr. Geier live show.

Hey, been following you since 2019. You always have great content. Sometimes my surgeon looks at me like how do you know all these names if you did not study this but I'm studying all these things online now and by your videos ;). My question now is I had a Galeazzi fracture and sometimes I have some pain when lifting weights where it happened. There is a loose piece of bone there but they better leave it there they said. If I can live with it because the operation could cause more damage to tfcc by removing the piece. They also said no arthritis is visible or I don't have that much risk. and there is no cartilage damage. But I'm so scared for all these years. Should I still lift? Should I remove it? or is it oke to deal with the liveable burning pain and train? I'm only 23 and this is hard to deal with. The thing I'm most scared of is RA because I never smoked or drank and always did a lot of sport.

I now you can't give medical advice. But maybe some tips to not be this scared? Or other things you can think of?
