This video is a practice you can use at night to help yourself fall asleep. This guided body scan meditation can be used at nighttime to help you relax, in the afternoon to return to the body, or as you're falling asleep to help you drift off with ease.
We will work through the body, investigating the experience and relaxing each part as we move through. The body scan is an accessible practice, as we can meditate in this way almost any time. It also is a great meditation for sleep, as it can be grounding and calming!

This was one of my faves but there's ads on it now, just as I was falling asleep an ad came on and completely startled me :/ I appreciate the videos you do and understand you need to make money too but it completely undermined the whole point of the video
Thank you, just fixed this one! Have been going through all of our videos as UA-cam started putting ads in the middle and end with their new system. Just updated it, should be good to go in the future!

I like this video though I can hear something that sounds like you breathing into the mic which is distracting.

Sorry but the complete silence constantly being cut through by your voice makes me jolt awake every time I’m starting to drift off. I’d suggest putting some ambient music in the background and making your voice a bit lower in volume next time so the difference is not so jarring

@@pelliott2010 there is no good or bad, better or worse. This is just your biased intellect/persona speaking, not the true self which is found as evidently present at all times of our lives in this body when in true meditative states of conscious awareness.

I’ve done/used many guided meditations in my life but this was the most terrible one..ever. The distracting breathing sound on the mic, no music(which usually helps with falling asleep)
