American reaction to Sunny Day Exploring Munster
Check out the models of Germany before and after World War II. It's so inspiring that they built it back from the ground up. Way to go to Germany

In the city hall of Münster, the Netherlands became officially independent and the international order we are trying to uphold now, was created in the treaty of Münster 1648, solidifying the peace of Westphalen that ended the 30 year and the 80 year war. Fun fact, the actual room is still there.

The blue sign with the bike and the pedestrians means that the street is for both only and they share it.
And normally dogs are trained well here so they are allowed in many more places than in the USA.
BTW your Bernhardoodle is soooooo cute !

The sign is pretty easy to read: bikes on the left, pedestrians on the right. If the dividing bar is horizontally it means pedestrians and bikes share their space

I think it’s a birch. The trunk is white and
black. The sign says there are two lanes: on the right side pedestrians, left bicycles and they can go in both directions.

    For information:
The Teddy Bear Hospital exists nationwide and has a different purpose and not to repair Teddybears:
Here in Heidelberg, it is run by the medical faculty of Heidelberg University:
The Teddy Bear Hospital Heidelberg is an annual initiative of human medicine, dentistry and pharmacy students at the Ruprecht Karls University with the aim of taking away the fear of a visit to the doctor or hospital stay from pre-school children in a playful way.
The children bring their stuffed animals, teddies or dolls to the Teddy-Docs in a replica hospital with a waiting area, treatment room, X-ray, operating room, ambulance and pharmacy on the university square.
    best regards from germany

Münster is a city with great historical significance for Europe. After almost seven years of negotiations, the Peace of Westphalia was concluded here in 1648. He ended the 30 Years' War. This reorganized Europe and granted religious freedom to Protestantism.
Life is very good in Münster.
Btw: As far as I know, the market here in the film takes place twice a week and is one of several. It is a good opportunity to buy fresh food, some of which is organically grown.
    ........
your "little" dog is really cute.....

Nice video of Münster. “Germany is considered very dog-friendly, with many Germans viewing their dogs as family members. Dogs are allowed in many public places, including restaurants, cafes, subways, and most stores. However, there are some rules that dog owners must follow…”

In the Lamberti Church in Münster works a "türmer" This profession has existed since the Middle Ages. The türmer has to climb up the church tower every night and live in a small chamber upstairs. Every hour he has to signal with a horn that there are no fires and otherwise everything is in order and the city is not in danger.
I find this job quite creepy, because you have to spend the night up there in the dark, especially in winter, and also control the cages by putting the "Wiederteufer" (religious revolutionary leaders) and attaching them to the top of the church tower as a deterrent until the bodies were completely decomposed. Or imagine up there in the tower at night and there is a strong thunderstorm.
That's probably why a woman is doing the job today 😄

Please do not eat fruits from the botanical gardens without the gardeners or researchers permission. These Plants are collected for education and for research, it is a bit like a museum. Sometimes there are guided Tours, which allow you to taste some of the plants, these tours also help you to know the actual edible Plants, because they also collect a lot of Plants you probably should Not eat.

Sorry, please do not compare American fries to European fries ever. Your potatoes are crap, how could you even make acceptable fries when the raw ingredient, potato, is bad?
