As I have a sister who lives and works in Germany she said the same thing she went to Berlin once and it was a crazy place
filled with weird ,crazy people.
It's the biggest city in Germany but kinda like NYC full of crazies .
She lives in Munich she prefers it there.

In Gdynia, Poland, there used to be certain days of the month when people were allowed to put their large garbage that didn't fit into containers, like furniture, next to the dumpsters. For about 10 years we've had a new regulation, we are allowed to do it any time we like and the city takes it away within a week or so. I don't need to notify anyone. I find this so convenient! I get rid of the heavy stuff when I have the opportunity for someone to help me.

exaggerating is also a skill. In any case, Berlin would not be my preferred place to live, but that applies to any city that is too big and too crowded

The difference is that the customer in the US is king in Europe the customer does not always right and the boss is King. You don´t like it get out then we say in Belgium
