I have recently found your channel and so thankful that I have. My physio has suggested strength training to help with my bad back and I hated the idea because I do not enjoy working out that way. I paired this workout with a 10 minute abs-core workout and oh my god, what a perfect day of working out ! I usually don't like taking longer rests in between so I would do planks or plank hip dips in the 30 sec rest time. Great workout !

Thanks Andrew … depending on you and your goals you would typically do a full body workout 2-4 times a week. If you are repeating it, add variation of the muscles used by alternate between 2 or more full body workouts it also is a more wholistic way to train.

Is it true that if we want to build muscle so that we lose fat, we must use weights or be equipped with many tools? What if I can only do it from home with existing dumbbells without any other equipment like in the gym. Can it build muscle? If so, is there a special video tutorial? Way too many commercials and repetitive.
Hi Sherri we are so sorry about the commercials! There shouldn’t be any in the idle of the workout!! We have been on to UA-cam about this and going through each video to make sure that mid-roll ads are off. As for the repetition we will always program between 2-4 sets of any exercise within a workout. This is necessary for an effective workout especially when it’s short 💪🏾
