I have been doing your workouts for 3 weeks now. I can't decide which ones I want to repeat twice a week. Down 7 lbs. I love that I'm able to double up and not feel fatigued. ❤❤

I love the format -- just enough advance notice of transitions; no filler "monologue" of explanations. I love the concept if: don't tell me what you're gonna do, just do it. The countdown timer is so helpful, as is % of overall length of workout. I'm sure there are plenty of other benefits of your videos over other channels. I am looking forward to working up to the strength and stamina to do them all! THANK YOU!

I'm here to motivate you, guys! I'm an avarage person, whose weight is normal, but I have a trouble with high heart beat (91/ minute when I just sit). I was able to do it through the whole video without pausing. Ganbatte, minna!
Did it yesterday. Had to take longer pauses but got through it and im trying to get back to my routine. Just came out the hospital and i have chronic pain. Love your content
