In today's video, we put a new exhaust on Blake's 2021 Ford Explorer! Now, it sounds close to the new Ford GT! We chose to put a set of Valved Mufflers on from Valvetronic Designs. Our buddy Austin, the CEO of Valvetronic Designs came to help us out!
These were their universal mufflers, which they make for any application. Valvetronic also has many full exhaust systems for a variety of cars. Check them out!

@@SavageGarage ZFG tune, Whipple intercooler, XDI high pressure Fuel pump, downpipes. You could even add Pure turbo upgrade or have FenFabrication whip you up a custom turbo setup. It’s all been done before.

A good stage 1 tune on the ST’s actually make big gains. Like 70 hp more hp if I’m not mistaken
Exactly. They are very conservative from factory. With a bit more boost and timing, it’s a big difference.
Stage 1 LoL it's not a Subbie with headgasket delete
ZFG e50 Tune and Intercooler and you're well over 500hp. Over 100+ hp on that Tune alone.
Where do you get one and how much do they run?

Ok, so firstly... thank you for the Volvo content 👌...but for real that exhaust is perfect, might I suggest hybrid turbos and gear box remapping 🤔🇲🇫
The next mod has to be some power upgrades, nothing too big but a little bit more wouldn’t hurt.

Tune on e85 with a whipple intercooler and down pipes. Don’t leave anything on the table and no crying when it spanks one of your super cars.
It should sound like a Ford GT, it shares 60% of its engine components with it, including the block

They say the 3.5 was designed to fit into any platform that has the 3.0L, there is zero leftover space under the hood of my fusion sport. I wonder how tight it is in an explorer or a ranger?
@@AdAstraOnYafro when I first started looking at these st's, I thought they had the 3.5's. No complaints out of this 3.0 so far. But the drivers side has a little more room than the passenger side as far as engine space.

Dude I fucking love seeing the st on a channel like this makes me appreciate mine more but you really should throw some mods on it it's pretty fun with the zfg e50 whipple intercooler and downpipes you could do 11s with just that but If you want to hit 10s you got to do a little more 👿👿

Most people underestimate the st when it comes to the power it can make we have such a limited aftermarket support for this platform and we're hitting 10s thanks to Kevin pushing the boundaries but people think this car can never be anything crazy fast but with less then 4k you can hit 11s 💀💀💀💀💀

Whipple intercooler, Upgraded High pressure fuel pump, and ZFG tune. If you want even more Pure700 turbo upgrade. Edit: make sure it’s a TWO BOLT rear subframe otherwise I’ve seen people snap that bolt.
@402 SHO.. I've been looking at Pure Turbos, since I had a Fusion Sport back in 2018. I definitely want a turbo upgrade in my ST!

@@DalHarpJr if you upgrade the sport turbos buy a new set of 2017 MKZ turbos for the 3.0tt and they bolt on with more power then the 2.7 turbos.

@@legendstatus9417 I had a 2019 Explorer Sport with the 3.5L TT, before I bought my ST. I had (I think) an SSI Performance tune in that and it was hella quick too! Look them up to see what they offer..

I use to terrify the streets and the highways with my all black crown Vic police interceptor (cvpi) I really miss that car. It was amazing!! N it wasn’t beat. It was in amazing condition!! Everybody use to get out of my way when I was on the roads lol
