GUN TEST: BSA R12 CLX BOLT-ACTION PCP

Good review Mark, I've purchased the R12 black peppered stock in 177. Bolt action set up targets at a distance of 123 meters hitting the splatter targets with no problem. The only issue i have is the bolt action I found it to be very hard to pull the bolt back I'm pulling the gun hard into my shoulder to load it very uncomfortable. your gun looks very easy to pull the bolt and fire. so I've sent it back hoping to get it back soon. its the first bolt-action gun I've purchased its a great gun 👍

Hi Brian, is it standard or super carbine barrel that you have and what pellets do you use? Thanks

Hi Tim, A very late reply back sorry. my gun is the BSA CLX standard black peppered stock Bolt action sub 12 ft-lb 177. The pellets are the JSB match exact 10.43 gr. with the weight of the pellets I'm able to hit the target at a distance of 123 meters awesome. 150mm splatter targets my scope is the Hawke sidewinder 30 FFP 6-24x56 SF with FX no limit mount

Like I said to others it's like a bumped up modded r10 mk2. Still nice though.
