you had me sketched out at first dumping the egg whites in so soon and cooking them immediately lol. glad i was patient until the finished product
Hahaha you gotta trust the process!
I love French toast so I'm looking forward to trying that recipe!
You’ll love it!
I literally saw this in UA-cam shorts, I run to se the video, thanks ❤❤❤
Thank you for your support ☺️
You have the same set of dishes as me!! (Also, great recipes! I'm making the oatmeal one right now for tomorrow morning)
Thank you so much!! Haha Amazon represent
The pancakes are killer and in my regular breakfast rotation
They’re the best !!
Anything I can sub the cottage cheese for?? Like a mix of Greek yogurt with something for similar taste and texture… maybe a diff idea. I’m lactose intolerant :(
Other ppl have subbed the cottage cheese for Greek yogurt
everyone is actually
Do the micros include the toppings?
No. Except I included the maple syrup in the calories for the French toast
Can i use peanut butter instead of the maple syrup in the pancakes recipe?
Like to top them, or in the batter?
@@FitFoodAE in the batter
Whats brand of maple syrup do you use?
ED smith sugar free
Do all 9 of those pancakes count as 1 serving and 498 calories in total or did you double / triple the mix for presentation purposes?
All the pancakes are one serving! The whipped cream topping is extra tho
@@FitFoodAE Thank you so much! Pancakes are my favorite breakfast food and I been look for a low calorie high protein version where I could eat a LARGE stack for less thank 600 calories. I can’t wait to try these out!
While making the pancakes i didnt add eggs so when i making it sticks to the pan it didnt get flipped so what should i do 😅
Ummmm maybe remake and add eggs my guy lol
Can I add greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese to the oats?
Yep!
Can you try doing the measurements in cups/tbsp/tsps? It’s so much easier since most kitchen tools are measured this way
It won’t be accurate - I would invest in a food scale, they’re quite cheap on Amazon!
