- In this episode of Wandering Wagners we celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary at a brand new RV resort in Sandusky, Ohio!
We chose this park because it was new and has great amenities and it is close to where we had our first date 19 years ago at @applebees .
Mike took us down memory lane and showed us a house he grew up in, in Sandusky as well as his grandparents house, and other sites around the city before we had lunch at Applebee's to relive our first date♥️
The resort is brand new and only phase I is open currently with phase II Opening soon! All sites are full hook up, paved, with a fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grills. There's a beautiful pool, hot tub and community gas fire pits. Pickelball court and playground.

We'll be married 40 years the end of September. We've been together 42 years. We were in a mutual friends wedding. That's how we met. All my friends were getting married. Someone asked me when I was going to get married. I said when I found someone who likes to hunt, fish and can put up with the Fire Company. I was a Volunteer FF. She made the comment to someone 2 out of 3 isn't bad. She had just had a bad relationship with a FF. She found out I looked at the fire company differently and that I didn't leave it interfere with my personal life. But our members were like a family. We did a lot of stuff together. That she was cool with. She actually got involved with the fund raiser side and with the fire police. And she was raised on a farm and she liked to hunt and fish.
29 years together, 23 married. Tried to get married on a day pretty close to the month/day we met but we ended up off by a couple of days. Close enough :-) Happy Anniversary!

It's been 33 years for Team Luv Subbin (34 1/2 together). It's fun to look back - we recently went back to our first apartment together: Perry's Landing in Perrysburg. Sadly, our favorite restaurant - Ralphie's - had burned down. Oh well. Funny, you talk about trees. We used to like them but now that we rely on Starlink for Internet, we Google campsites and look for those with a clear sky...
we used to go to the rossford/perrysburg ralphies every week and hated when it burned down and they decided not to rebuild.
We've been married 47 years in OCT, and dated 4 years. I don't know what I'd do without her...💘 It's good to see Piper back to near normal. 💗 That was an interesting tour. :) Thanks!

At 70, we don't go places, but still have our 22' Rambler Vacationer for backyard camping.
I concur on Sandusky, been there many times, YUK, and that includes over priced Cedar Point. IF you go south of Norwalk, we liked Indoan Trails.
We enjoy backyard camping as well! Feels like getting away without having to go anywhere

only the one half is open currently but it does look a lot bigger once you're in it!

You two are so 🤮cute! I remember going back to my hometown after being away for a while and the changes to "the mall" were MUCH more extreme. Not only did they turn it into a Covered, multi-story mall, then added REALLY FANCY stores/restaurants. BOTH my old places of work were gone (the grocery store and the pizza place). I always liked that town, when I was growing up there. Kind of hate it now... Great entertaining video. You BOTH got lucky! Hopes for MANY more years RVing for you! Congratulations! BTW, I also like eating "kids food" for a meal once in a while. One of my favorites is STILL Spaghetti-Ohs, the Original (with a nice Chianti of course and my Oreo Tiramisu!

18 years this June 30th! Of first date! 17 years this October. First date was Hooters and Vince Neil and Ratt concert. I agree with Mike. I feel it should be full time together!!! Btw our mall is exactly same. Sucks nothing much but flea market crap now.

back in sites usually are bigger but pull thru is easier with the Jeep haha we are happy with either type though

The only time I care whether a site is pull-through or back-in is if I'm only staying for 1 or 2 nights and then only if I don't plan on going anywhere in the toad. Otherwise it doesn't make a difference. Even then I'm not going to pay a lot more money for a pull-through. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

Hi guys, Greg and I will be married 26yrs on June 27th; however, we have been together since Sept-1996 making 28yrs. But I knew of him in March, 1993 but didn't start officially dating until I was out of college and he was in college. Taking his 2nd bachelor degree in engineering from DeVry. Fun fact, our friend that tried to match us when he was in his first yr of college and I was in my senior yr of high school, 1993, later was having a baby shower in 1996 and invited both of us. That is when we hit it off, being reunited again ❤❤!!
