Getting on your toes so important too. So many people are so obsessed withe the dorsiflexion thing they forget to push with their toes
Facts, most people force the Dorsiflex and land on the ball of the foot(including me sometimes) but really a neutral ankle is the best which easily allow you to land on your toes and push, great tips

@@Antoniobodemannband walk, sled walk, and sled pushes will put you body in the position where only your toes are on the contact with the ground to push foward
I'm a coach I agree with this concept. Accept in this case, transfer the same resistant energy onto the track without resistance.

To be honest you don’t need any fancy equipment, wall drill are great, bounding, broad jump will definitely help 10000%
fancy..? there are sleds that can cost like 50$ on amazon, and half of this stuff you can pretty much do with a wall and a resistance band (cheap af).
