yes, the height you bring your knees is an indicator of how much force you’re putting into the ground, when you’re being powerful and intentional in the way you’re striking the ground(assuming your hips are open & flexible) then your knees will come higher naturally which allows them to come down with more force
@@soapenvelope Well if you run very fast, trained your whole life, and is a pro at what you do then don’t need to do high knees but since most of us have not trained our whole life’s, and are pros so high knees will help you in the long run with proper form.
I've also noticed elbows go really high in the back, and dont go much past the torso when coming forward. When I tried emphasizing shooting my arms back like that, my knees came way up

bro is doing tricks on it
I’m 57 and have decided to take up sprinting after watching the recent Netflix documentary sprint . I love this guy Noah. Looking forward to watching him at the Olympics.
Who’s here after he beat speed
He kept saying he would beat him with techniques, the reality is that Noah's technique is so much better, his jogging sounds like a rhythm.
Noah so so smooth. Wouldn't have figured him to be such a decent teacher. That 200m WR looks inevitable for him
Thanks Noah 🙏
Power and grace!!
Thank for sharing bro, it worth a million dollars.
Favourite track guy and my inspiration
Lyles isn't stupid.
he's only giving away the basics.
His top-tier secrets he's not sharing. Best believe that.

This is the best explanation of sprint drills I’ve ever heard. I’ve been doing these for years but I can’t wait to try out some of these more subtle points that I didn’t know about.
I am from Delhi
61 year old man loving these drills aiming for a sub 14 sec 100M PB. Thanks Noah!
I guess this stuff works. lol!
Maybe one day he will break the world record, or maybe he will share his knowledge and experience with us and create someone who will break his own record. This is dedication. Thanks dude. You are an excellent athlete in every way.
This guy thinks he’s a 2024 gold medalist or something
