Quick question man, so how often should I rest from micro-fracture & sprinting to let them heal? I was thinking of taking 1 week off complete rest every 6 or 8 weeks spent doing micro-fracture & sprinting.
Of course, I will still sleep with ankle weights attached to my shin bones + still do raised seat cycling while taking the rest week.
So should I rest more often than every 6-8 weeks, or should I rest less often? (I know I should listen to my body but just want some general advice here on what you think since you said that I need to be consistent)
Will resting lose my progress?
What are your thoughts on swimming in pools with chlorine? I don't have access to bodies of water
One more question, should I micro fracture on the same day I sprint? (Jumping, marching)

Depends on your leg strength but 1-5 kgs is enough. Better to use adjustable ankle weights.
Can I create micro fractures every day? Would 5 days per week be enough, or should I do 6/7?
3-5 is plenty
