- This 30 minute all-in-one workout includes walking, strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises for ultimate weight loss. Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, and adding in posture, balance and flexibility exercises will give you a well-rounded program to provide results. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.

Dear Jules, happy new year to you and to everyone watching this workout and reading the comments. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your workouts and for the love, dedication and commitment you put into them. It is always a pleasure working out with you and seeing you smile all the way. You make it look so easy and fun! Thank you for the motivating words and encouragement. I used to hate working out and doing cardio but now I absolutely love it thanks to your workouts! I can't wait to do them every day! I have tried many other workouts before from very famous UA-cam fitness coaches. Although they were great, I never really enjoyed doing them and I never succeeded in losing weight. Since I started your workouts in November and with proper nutrition, I have lost 7 kgs which is amazing to me! Still have a lot more to lose but when I feel a bit down, I remember what you said: "If you feel like quiting, then remember why you started in the first place." Just wanted to say that much. I live very, very far from the US but please be assured that your hard work and dedication are much appreciated and valued in this little corner of the world where I am watching you from. One word MASTERPIECE❤ got up today and couldn't wait get back on it. As I sit doing this review the sweat is running down my head, back, you name it, its sweating lol wonderful full body. Absolutely loved legs and arms. Whole workout. It was hard but doable and the feeling at the end..my head was saying This is going be a great year to get stronger❤❤❤ you are my absolute go to / hero / queen of fitness for us older ladies. What a great way to start 2024! Great variety, I nearly gave up with about ten minutes to go but dug in and got through. I can’t run as I have niggling plantar fasciitis so I do other fast exercises instead. Happy new year Jules, and thank you.

I’ve managed to do a bit had a break came back to it had to quit at 26 minutes in total I’m so unfit but I’m really hoping I can keep trying and get back some level of fitness this year thank you so much jules
Hi Margaret, there's no need to do the intermediate level workouts if you're finding them too hard. The gentle and beginner level workouts are great workouts and very beneficial as well. I like to create 3 different levels to try to cater to my viewers. As I wrote in my most recent blog post, it's best to choose workouts that are at the right level and ones that you feel good about finishing. Once you get back into a habit of using the gentle or beginner level workouts, you can move up to the intermediate when you're ready. There's no rush:)
