I used to hate working out and doing cardio but now I absolutely love it thanks to your workouts! I can't wait to do them every day! I have tried many other workouts before from very famous UA-cam fitness coaches. Although they were great, I never really enjoyed doing them and I never succeeded in losing weight. Since I started your workouts in November and with proper nutrition, I have lost 7 kgs which is amazing to me! Still have a lot more to lose but when I feel a bit down, I remember what you said: "If you feel like quiting, then remember why you started in the first place." Just wanted to say that much. One word MASTERPIECE❤ got up today and couldn't wait get back on it. As I sit doing this review the sweat is running down my head, back, you name it, its sweating lol wonderful full body. Absolutely loved legs and arms. Whole workout. It was hard but doable and the feeling at the end..my head was saying This is going be a great year to get stronger❤❤❤ you are my absolute go to / hero / queen of fitness for us older ladies. I celebrated one YEAR of working out with your videos! I think back to starting with your chair exercises and how far I’ve come and how much stronger i feel. Also 30 pounds down! I got off track over the holidays, especially strength training, so I wasn’t sure I could do this workout. Felt like I was going downhill. I couldn’t do ALL of the jogging intervals but I did most and the sweat is literally pouring off me and I feel like a million bucks! Thanks Jules!

This is a great workout! I'm feeling stronger all the time in doing squats. The jog every 30 seconds was challenging for these 63 yr old legs, but they hung in there! Thanks for pushing me and challenging me every day!

Since I cater to beginners and seniors, I feel I need to stick with what my channel promotes which is more beginner level workouts. If you want a bit harder, my two day lower and upper body strength workouts are at a bit harder and will definitely provide you with good results (especially if done regularly). Hopefully my intermediates will keep you interested and motivated to continue!@@louiserogers8905

What a great way to start my New Year! I suffer from chronic headaches, and find that moderate exercise helps relieve them (at least momentarily). I love your workouts and I feel much better after doing them. Thanks for the great content! Wishing you a wonderful New year

I’m sure I’ve done it. I have been a huge fan since I’ve discovered your workouts. I’ve been active my entire life Am now 58 and still absolutely love working out. I really appreciate your workouts. I’m in your intermediate level and wonder if you’ll go to a level 4?? Haha. Thanks for all you do!
Hi Louise! Thank you for letting me know that you're enjoying my workouts. Since I cater to beginners and seniors, I feel I need to stick with what my channel promotes which is more beginner level workouts. If you want a bit harder, my two day lower and upper body strength workouts are at a bit harder and will definitely provide you with good results (especially if done regularly). Hopefully my intermediates will keep you interested and motivated to continue!@@louiserogers8905
Hi Jules - Happy Weekend! I saved this workout for a day when I didn't have a whole lot planned because I wanted to enjoy every minute of it. And I did! But I'm also very sweaty and am ready to put my feet up for a few before I get on with my day. Loved the pace, the movement and the music! Thank you!
