I only ride there when there's a heatwave in Marin... like now or tomorrow! So many choices up there.I have a pal who lives at the top of Marin DR. in Mill Valley and we ride from there , doing a big loop to Muir beach and up Green gulch! Fun single tracks all over the place! Thanks for the videos.
You're smart! I definitely should've went today, oh well ! Yes, there is a lot of great single track riding at the Headlands, just another example of how great Marin MTBing is! Thanks for watching! 😁
I'm really happy to watch your videos. For many reasons but mainly because it was MY impression that Marin didn't allow single tracks on public lands and I'm amazed, but mostly happy to know that i was wrong. These look like really cool and sometimes challenging trails and you do a good job to represent these. Just curious, which GoPro do you use? Mine is the ancient 5 Black and as smooth as it is on a chin mount when I dirt bike, it's a stutter cam when I chest mount it for mountain biking.
Thanks!! I use a GoPro Hero 9, i recently upgraded to the max lens mod. My last video was recorded with it and i really liked it. It gives even better video stabilization and of course bigger field of view. I’ve never had any issues with my GoPro and I’ve always done chest mount. You might have to tweak your settings, the GoPro can be tricky to set up. Hope this helps 🤙
I live really close to these trails so its very interesting to see someone riding the same trails that I do!
Thanks! I haven’t spent too much time riding around the Marin Headlands, not recently at least. Cold as hell but fun!
