Motorist: No, I’m ex-military, brother. I have honour, integrity, and my brother died [unintelligible] for a mission [face of absolute fury]
He was special forces, I’m the youngest of three military brothers, who died for our country.
We do things right [driving on kerb] to help other people, so watch what you DO and SAY to other people, judging them when I was following [catches imaginary cricket ball] the correct protocols of the Highway Code [little head shake], and the law.
Do you have anything else to say? [inquiring face with hidden rage]
Mikey: No, tell it to the magistrates.
Motorist: Fine, what have I done wrong?
Mikey: You tell me.
Motorist: No, I’ve made my point enough, in the biggest possible [hands depict globe] picture of humanity [arms writhing outside car as if scrambling up a slope]. What we were prepared to do, to die, or live, for others and ourselves.
So! I have nothing [claps] further to say to you, at all. And if you don’t get it, that’s your challenge-not problem-challenge to overcome and help other people.
Mikey: I am helping other people by stopping phone drivers like you.
Motorist: I give up.
thanks for posting this .
Can u add spaces to make it even easier to read.
I would have been so tempted to reply him "Don't mention the Special Forces. I did once but I think I got away with it".
LOL! Like you I expected him to reel off one of Churchills speeches or something!! Strange fella!!
What a bizarre fellow.
I have a feeling that at the time he thought he wasn't doing anything wrong but his response was astonishing! My guess is that he's discovered what you've been doing and is hoping to avoid getting any points (because he's got a lot already?)
He is the kind of person that thoroughly enjoys complaining about things to people but on the rare occasion the shoe is on the other foot he simply doesn't know how to react.
I thought he wouldn't know but he must have based on his reaction, because Mikey never explained what the problem was till after the outburst.
I would absolutely *LOVE* to see you go to court if he decides to fight it haha.
_"Where is your Honour and Integrity now Mr. XXXX??"_
If he fights it - you cannot *NOT* turn up - You have to go just so he can get more egg on his face!
It would be wiser (for him) to accept whatever is coming, he'd be stupid to go to court.
So, given his behaviour, Mikey might well be going to court! 😆
the met police will not inform Mikey of the court date as he will not be called as a witness. the crime Mikey reported is separate to the one of failure to nominate, the stage does not require Mikey to be present in order to make its case against the registered keeper.
@@FFVoyager unfortunately that won't happen, see my comment in this same thread as to why.
Almost certainly a junior officer with ideas above his station!
Well done Mikey, you are doing the right thing. That was a particularly nasty experience but you acted with great dignity and huge self-discipline. Many people would've not managed that. So you are a credit to yourself and a much needed asset keeping us all safer. Thank You!
This is absolutely gold. I love that you said nothing and let him continue chatting shhhh 🤣
Classic sense of entitlement exhibited by that driver. Should also be done for driving without due care
I would suggest his actions were enough to consider pushing for dangerous driving.
Lol, another classic video!!!
Thank you Mikey for making the roads safer and for the entertaining videos!
I have to admit I have used my phone in the car on occasions in the past. That chart at the beginning of the video has made me think twice about that behavior.
Thanks very much, Gary. I highly respect you for this.
He's got to be an actor, i refuse to believe that such a human being exists.
I think you accidentally stumbled in to a sequence being
filmed for an episode of Alan Partridge. Loved the way
Partridge clapped his hands and poked himself in the eye.
Hope the producers keep it in the show!
I thought this was a comedy sketch for a second!
Yes me too. I began to wonder if it was a Monty Python remake.
@@ibs5080 Upper Class Twit of the Year!
@@archivist17 I literally thought this was funnier than a John Cleese sketch, especially knowing that this was for real. All we needed was for Manuel to come along and throw a cream pie in his face, right about the time of the thumbnail for this video. 😃
Decades of people failing to imitate Frank Spencer correctly and Commander Chinstrap here just nails it without even trying 💥
I'm the special needs forces, in the biggest possible picture.😂😂😂
That clap of hands at 2:44 was something!
I do wish he’d said Tough Titty though instead of challenge! 😂
He’s not angry, he’s self entitled. Served his country and thinks we should all be forever indebted to him.
I know landlords that have served their country more than this guy... their bar staff do a great job too...!!! 🥴🍺🍻🥂🍷🥃🍸🍹
@@tangomoggynoengi8518 🤣👍
This year's Upper Class Twit of the Year Award goes to....
Is he impersonating Alan Partridge? This was HILARIOUS!
I think there might have been some white powder involved somewhere in this scenario
The public school system really turns out some proper weirdos.
I have honour and integrity and I am prepared to die for my right to text on my phone while driving my car! What an utter prat, let's hope he's sitting at home cringing while reading these comments. Keep up the good work Mickey.
Wow he needs help, got caught hold your hands up and admit guilt. Nice to see the lady making sure your ok 👍 Keep up the good work Mickey.
The 'i give up!' and speeding away reminded me of a video game NPC when they're low on health and have to flee 😂
The SAS are special forces!!! He certainly wasn't ex-SAS. A genuine SAS trooper wouldn't admit to being SAS whilst being filmed in such a way as to potentially wind up on youtube!!!
Come on mikey no need to start paying actors , your videos are interesting enough , he could receive a Oscar for most dramatic tantrum, that can't be real , he scuffed his wheels 2 , painful , pity you didn't carry on , he got stuck on the red lights, you could hear him he still had plenty to say , you probably missed a classic sequel 😉
Bwaaahahaha! Yeah, I probably should have gone and let him have more of a say. I was gobsmacked. At least I had the presence of mind to keep quiet and let him rant away.
@@CyclingMikey l think it was a shame on that particular day the reporters were with you, , because otherwise you would have rode up next to him (it was a epic rant which need closure), l don't believe you get gobsmacked you've been in more stranger situations and more dangerous ones , keep going , great viewing more Importantly stay safe , you actually go beyond, turning up to court and seeing it to the end on matter what the out come is 👍,
@@CyclingMikey Great videos Mikey, liked and subscribed, keep move videos coming and keep doing great work, shame the police don't get out and do this kind of work, and why can't the police give you a uniform and a radio and pay you a wage ? you are making the roads safer from morons like this, the kind of idiots that think all the rules of the road don't apply to them. You are a brave man.
@@PCGamer121 Thanks! Actually I have a job I love, and I can't imagine being a police officer. Seems like far too much hard work that perhaps I'm not well suited for. I don't think I could handle some of the things police have to deal with, the deaths, etc.
@@CyclingMikey Yeah I could not deal with that either, I have only discovered your channel today and I have already binged watched 20 or 30 videos, I particularly like the Gandalf corner videos, the 2 doctors arguing the toss and the women who kept you there 13 minutes crying why you should just let her past he he he, my two biggest pet hates on the road are people going the wrong side of a island because they are turning off soon and think that gives them the right and people on mobile phones. Massive respect to you Mikey, who would dare do this if the police were to do exercises like this a few times a week, the chances of getting caught would be massive, unfortunately they know they police are not going to catch them, the police must have had to take on a new officer to keep up with the videos you submit he he he.
He's either taken too much, or too little, of something.
Would have been golden if, when he mounted the curb, he had struck a lamp post! 🤣🤣
Simon Baxter .... I'm sure many people think the same.
lol That was like a comedy skit for a while when he was first ranting about his honor, integrity, and service in the special forces. I thought he was gonna start playing 'Land of Hope and Glory' in the background.
...and he's completely bonkers !! Love it ...
It's so funny when people such as this guy think that his past means he can get away with everything just because he served in the military.
What a plonker.
Orders must be obeyed at all times without questions asked
Actually laughed out loud watching that. Thanks Mikey
Anyone who starts with "I Have Honour, Integrity", then starts on about what a magnificent military career they have, is a self entitled liar of the first order. They usually are the weakest link in the unit too as they can't take the blame for what they did and can't suck it up and get on with it. It's not standing one's ground. It's failure to see that the fight isn't worth it and more harm comes from it to you and, worse, those around you.
Ex military? What was he, Master florist in the 39th Kerbhitters?
Excellent work Mike. This chap is up there and close to the two Doctors on an urgent appointment... 🤭😆
This guy should be preserved for the nation.
He was already pickled.
He said that he was special forces more like special needs
You left a near identical comment as mine at the same time. How bizarre.
This could be an Alan Partridge sketch
No matter how hard, tough and scary toffs act, they always look like pansies.
He’s been drinking. Guaranteed.
you know what, that actually sounds plausible given how he reacted
He traveled maybe 100m whilst looking backwards. Also you can see the gears whirring he knows he's wrong he's just figuring out how to spin it.
That was like a rant you would expect out of Will from The Inbetweeners. 🤣
He's ex special forces? I don't believe him. If he was a properly trained special forces operative he would have much more self control and certainly wouldn't be bragging about his bravery.
That guy is on something. "I've made my point enough in the biggest possible picture of humanity."
"I'm ex-military brother; I have honour, integrity. In the special forces. I'm the youngest of three military brothers. Fight for our country, to do things right and help other people. So what you do and say to other people - judging them - when I was following the correct protocols of the highway code and the law. Do you have anything else to say? What have I done wrong? So, I have nothing further to say to you at all and if you don't get it that's your challenge. Not problem, challenge, to overcome and help other people. I give up."
Any corrections let me know, it's like the navy seal copypasta
Omg what a prat. Going up the kerb, driving whilst not looking........actually, he seems quite troubled...
