Jimmy and ichang's maggie is the polar opposite of each other. If I'm sick I'd go for iChang. If I feel super hungry and want something unhealthy then I'd go for Jimmy.😂😂😂😂

It's raining heavenly at Malaysia now. At KL. You make me craving Ichang's style. I like to add cili api potong together with maggi ayam. For Jimmy's style definitely will try too. Never try to put sos cili and mayonnaise before in maggi kari goreng.

Jimmy's style is like maggi goreng mamak cheese but a little twist by putting mayo. I bet it was tasty.
I'm rooting for team iChang because I'm not a fan of mayonnaise and cheese on top of my noodles. However, I believe that adding cheese would go extremely well with spicy noodles. Bravo, Jimmy and i-Chang.

Team Ichang is something I take at any given day, but this time I have to say I'm Team Jimmy! Thought I have never cooked Maggi goreng kari with cheese, kicap Manis, cheese, mayo and more cheese, I'm definitely going to try it out. Looks so sedaaaaap 😋

i chose ichang recipe of maggi ayam because its balance the saltiness of ayam powder. i luv it and will definitely try later. Sorry Jimmy im not a heavy cheese eater.hahahha
I would combine both the maggi ayam and kari then throw in whatever i can find as lauk (eg chicken pieces, fried tofu, veggies, fish cakes, fish ball etc - normally leftovers). All this talk about maggi is making me hungry 😅😅

My Maggie ayam style is the same with i Chang, but ill add slices of cili padi with it for the kick.... Jimmy style is for my cheat day treat, but I'll add some crispy chicken tenders with it and Maggie korean hot sos...pergh..terbaik bos

i like my maggi simple. Just put some water and boiled it till the maggi ( I usually use maggi kari) soggy and put some egg inside and youre done!! very classic and simple

Amongst some of the most prolific pepper farmers in Sarawak were the "Cibans" and "Chidayuhs" of Sarawak. Local "Babas and Nyonyas" that can only be found in Sarawak.
We have an amazing variant of white pepper in Sarawak called "Tiau Shi Jiao" in hakka. The name directly translates to "Bird poop pepper" 😂 The process to get these luxurious peppers is very much like kopi luak but with birds and peppers. Seeing you enjoy Sarawak pepper really makes me proud to be Sarawakian.
You guys can try to make Murtabak maggi. So easy and very delicious. Kinda looks like okonomiyaki but malaysian style 🤣

It's great and more delicious if you fry the garlic(i like more)in the oil until smell good and then put water..after that put some eggs..try it..you will know what i mean

Healthy doesn't have to be boring. You can saute some onions and garlic in a little oil add the seasoning powder and stir everything together. Add in the vegetables and let them soften then pour in water noodles and egg. This is my go-to recipe for my husband's instant noodles 😋
Yup. I always saute some onion and garlic with some oil for my soupy noodles. It emhance the flavour cuz of the oil. Chilli as garnish and some kick. Not a fan of runny egg in my noodles but dont mind boiled egg or ajitama (ajitsuke tamago aka the ramen marinated egg).

Eventhough i dont like maggi ayam, but maggi ayam ichan look soooo yummy 🤤. I choose team ichan..
I like both style depending on my mood. If i feel like eating healthy food i go with iChang but will still add bird chillies to make it a bit spicy. When i don't have appetite i go with Jimmy's style but i don't add mayo and cheese..i usually replace them with vege and egg and squeeze a bit of lime. Yumm..you should try.
For more flavour you can add fish ball and fish cake for both iChang and Jimmy's style.
Just a suggestion...you should try Maggie omellette for breakfast its very addictive. You should try.

I have tasted & made Maggi Kari (soup) with Kewpie Mayo as topping before (in my 20s; taught by my BFF housemate) but Jimmy has given a new idea of topping the mayo on Maggi Kari Goreng instead and OMG looks dangerously delicious with that melting & strings of cheese and Jimmy's hamsap face as bonus.....I.MUST.(not).RESIST! 😂LOL

when ever i cook my maggi, i definitely put the powder first and when it’s boiling i put the maggi let it soft a bit and i put the egg. i like my maggi to be al dente 🤤

I like my maggi fried-style with lots of mayo topping on spicy maggi. So, I'm on team Jimmy. But, Ichang maggi looks so tempting 🤤 Especially now during rainy day. I wanna make one.
my version of maggi kari..i put shallots and garlic..tumis with margarine..then put water to boil. then put maggi..then put maggi curry powder, then put babas curry powder, then put kicap pekat manis, kicap cair, sos ikan, sos tiram, aji shio black pepper, aji shio white pepper, eggs, prawns, fishballs, fishcakes and a little bit of santan..sugar and salt to taste.
The best simple maggi recipe. Maggi curry cooked with nasi lemak sambal. But the sambal nasi lemak must be more to spicy type. While the water boiling add noodles and maggi curry seasoning with nasi lemak sambal. Wait for 30 secs and put 2 beaten eggs and cook for another 30 secs. Put in the tomato and let it cook fo 15 secs.
Jimmy's okonomiyaki Maggie got potential...I mean there's people doing murtabak Maggie. So imagine , murtabak Maggie Kari + calorie max cheesy okonomiyaki. 😂😂😂
