This workout looks so hardcore however it looks like it just destroys your shoulder joints
Wrists, elbows and knees also. Lol some of these look great to include into your routine but regular burpees you can accomplish alot of the same results without the risk of injury. I'm not knocking these drills, but I personally would just add a couple of the jumps to include. If your jumping with that weight and your form is off just a bit, your back and shoulders will feel it. To each their own
