Thanks for all the comments!! Definitely some debate on the use of arms... Different directional patterns require different arm movements.... You can see the arms come into play on some of the more rotational patterns... So many sports require the athlete to move the lower body independent of the upper body.... quite often the lower/ upper body movements may actual conflict (ie. change of direction while carrying an implement)....
Charlie I am a huge fan of ladder drills I do them every day. Everything looks great the only thing that I would say is every one has awful hand motions. When you run your hands move back and forward. when you do ladder drills its the same thing. If you'd like I can video and show you. Im not trying to crush you just trying to help out !!!! great video.
@jimmyshitbags no it builds speed and agility so you can handle a ball better in soccer, do moves in football, and pretty much just improve your overall speed and agility in about every sport.. some drills are sport-specific and some are made for any sport

Hi, have you tried "Musclegion" (do a Google search for it)? On their website you will find a useful free video explaining how to develop notable muscle mass very fast. It made it possible for Brandon to break through his muscle development stagnation and therefore build ripped lean muscle mass without fat very fast. Hopefully it works for you too.
And the teacher is looking down instead of looking ahead. The trick is to detach your brain from the repetitive accions and increase muscle intelligence....

How is one supposed to know what the stepping pattern is if you're doing it at full speed? It's ridiculous to watch unless you are a seasoned athlete. How about this for a wild idea: 1) run the pattern at normal speed; 2) show it in slow motion so those of us who are not world class athletes can learn what in the hell you're doing?

Nothing new here, I have been doing this SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) as warm up drills as part of Rugby training for the last 14 years.
