Yeah it doesn’t matter what foot you start with at all, just make sure how ever many reps you do, you even it out on the other side

How far apart should each little yellow bar be from another?
Roughly 1 foot (12 inches). These workouts are mostly done on the balls of your feet but base length is 12-14 inches I believe.
