I admire your knowledge, talents and patience when working on these machines, impressive!
Great video Clint. I hope your boys appreciate the learning opportunities you provide. It's priceless.
Yep, Clinton knows these transmissions like “the back of his hand”.., he don’t need no “stinking light”.., he can take them apart and put them back together.., in the dark… Awesome…!
Another great video,
Thank you sir.
Oh yeah, bit oh thanks to Kevin’s “sausage links”.
Kevin doesn't need a mic, he is loud enough . Great video on rebuilding that Tran.
Tucker never eems happy to be doing this stuff, no smiles and just not looking happy. Hopefully soon we will see a smile.
I like two part videos. Actually any and all videos.
i like to see how simple the mechanic is in heavy equipment. Great job and i like to see all those tools you have to do specialized job.
Great job rebuilding trans. Amazing the places you find to put the camera 👍😇🙏❤️
Tucker needs to smile a bit more.😊
Loved the 2 part series Clint. Another amazing repair.
Good job Guys once again, nice to see a transmission repair from an era when things were a little simpler. Your wealth of experience on the equipment seems unlimited. Thank you for posting, all the best from the U.K.
it was even simpler in 50s equipment
The wealth of knowledge you have picked up over the years never ceases to amaze me you can manage most jobs without having any problems.I hope your boys listen well to use that sort of knowledge is priceless they both seem eager to learn.Great video as always you have to keep the content interesting to compete with mrs c&c .
You need to buy a military surplus generator fix it and wire it in for the next power outage. Lol never out of power 👍
3 phase 😊
Not a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment operator and I still enjoy watching your videos
Reassemble, you said, let’s go to the video tape!
I do enjoy the longer video. Thanks Clint.
That is a simple, easy transmission to pull and build. Thanks for the video
once again entertaining and informable
mad respect & admiration for how you work with your son, Hunter! Nothing beats a hands on OTJ edumacation!
For a minute then I actually thought you was going to do some doughnuts 😂😂😂
There's nothing more satisfying than a successful test drive after making the repair.
I think you should let Mrs.Clint of C&C rebuild the next dozer transmission! 😱
Nice job again.
Big job made to look easy again
I’ve raised lots of boys… Tucker’s displaying all the classic symptoms of a missed bedtime😂
Those boys are going to be amazing mechanics should they choose that path.
That track press deal sure beats the *heck out of beatin' the *heck out of those pins!
I like how Tucker is happy all the time . Nice job !
I hope the boys absorb and cherish your knowledge and patience to teach them top notch lifetime skills.
The wave plate in the clutch pack is used like a shock absorber. To minimize the shock loading of the clutch.
It's also used to reduce shuddering.
Clinton great video! All 3 of your boy’s work well together, Kevin, Tucker and Hunter! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Clint,
Even though I don’t work on anything close to what you do I honestly like how you teach all of us in UA-camLand about what & how you do things! You would be a great trade school instructor! However your probably making just a tad more $ doing what your doing now😜
Great job, good to see Hunter giving a hand.
This was an awesome 2 part series! Taking the time to teach the next generation of C&C Equipment is priceless! Take care and I’ll see y’all down the road…
Just wanted to say love the video's.. I work construction and enjoy the repair of the units you work on, but did want to pick at Kevin for just a bit, I have never seen a mechanic wipe his hands as much as he does, wonder how many paper towels he goes thru in a day lol. You guys do great keep it up!!!!
Good to see y’all again
Awesome, you got rebuilt, and it's working beautifully! You and Kevin make a mighty fine team. Thank you for sharing! 😊
Once again Outstanding content. Your sons and the rest of your valuable crew operate together like a Swiss watch. Thanks for sharing and please keep them coming.
Found this very informative. You have a knack for explaining things without getting too complicated. I've learned plenty watching and look forward to more.
love the multiple part videos. good content, educational , entertaining, and informative.
Good Job.......Thank You......
Really enjoy watching you guys work together. I appreciate the knowledge and experience you guys have.
Yes that includes Kevin!
Thanks Guys always fun 😊😊😊
What a great job, fantastic machine. Perfect for backyard projects.
You guys make one hell of a team! Thanks for the ride once again.
So Good!! lov it! Here we go!! Cheers! ;-)!!
@ 37:39 I'm very glad your son smiled my father left when I was 10 my grand pa died that winter then 2 years later my mother remarried he was a good guy but he wasn't my dad, but in 5 years he became my dad only because he treated me with the respect due a son, not only that but when I married my wife I found out I had more in common with him than my natural father, when I was seventeen I chose him to be my dad, what a convoluted path I had to travel to have a dad like yours I can't keep track of you's names but don't EVER take your dad for granted they can be taken without notice. And you got a great DAD.
Nice job gentlemen, little dozer sounds pretty righteous, I do like the the 2 part series videos, I also like time lapse bits you include into the project, thanks for the update.
Thanks 👍
When they make “C&C Equipment” the movie, I want to play the role of Kevin because of snacks and stuff 😆
That track pin press thing is cool as bananas! 👍🏻
Love the camera in the transmission shot - nice!
And. know this was in early July, but my daughter just had her wisdom teeth pulled and going through ice cream/malts - gave her hope!
Great video.
Hey Tucker. Throw a smile in, every now and again, it's not against the law. This is a first class, one on one, education that you won't find anywhere else on the planet.
Absolutely love your's and Kevin's working relationship. Sarcasm is a must!
I really like your videos, I don't work construction or have a use for a CAT or JD, but I have learned so much about rebuilding and operating them through you. Thanks. Also like the addition details that you provide with the 2 part videos. Love how they look after a new paint job.
Great video. I wish I could tear something down like that and put it back together lol. I seem to always have extra parts left over😮. Always love these type videos. Keep’em comin, Clinton. Thanks for sharing!
Watching this video reminds me of my days of working on automatic transmissions.
Two part, three part, 1 hour long, 2 hours long. We like'em all!
just purchased a 450g, i hope i never have to open her up to resolve issues but for some reason, i'm finding pleasure in you fellas doing it.
Nice job Mr. C and awesome job handling that teenage angst too. Having six son a one daughter of my own its always there.
You guys really came in clutch to get the transmission rebuild done.
...
Oh wait, was that a pun? 😁😁😁
Hunter! Didn’t seem to be happy helping out! I hope in time! He will understand , sometimes you have to help out the old man! Anyway thanks for sharing!
I love this UA-cam channel heavy equipment repair for ever
You're one of the best mechanics I have seen yet thank you for your video and good luck with your business
Superb engineering skills
Good shop, all the right tools. Enjoy the videos, have used the track pin press before on a 1951 Cleavtra, and it makes life easy. I never wanted to swing a sledge that much good job Bud
I managed a transmission shop for years. People would freak out at the cost to rebuild one. They wanted you to just go in and fix one little thing. Your video shows why it don’t work that way. Great job demonstrating the process involved!
Amazing to see the inner workings of the transmission and the engineering it took to build it...great job watching you and Kevin break it down and reassemble it methodically like a surgeon. Continue to be impressed by your skills and your attention to detail in these projects. Appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and cool content.😎🇺🇸🚜🛠️🔧😇
Thanks 👍
Awesome knowledge and experience to dismantle and reassemble such a complicated transmission! Very impressed with your abilities. Keep your videos coming, they're always interesting.
That was fun! Nice to see someone working with the confidence of Clint! Making it look easy.
Tucker doesn't seem too happy to be learning from a master. He will appreciate the work experience in another 10 years or so though. Not everyone can be cheerful 24-7 like a certain sausage fingered person on the premises! Great video.
Mr Clint & Mr Kevin your two are a well oil working machine, you two are submerge in talent, geared smooth connect.😅⚡⭐awesome video as always 😊
should buy some milwaukee tower lights when the power goes out again
Love the two parters with full of content Clint , great work ☺️🍺🥤👍
This was a good one, I liked all the side talk and shop was busy!! Those forks made a good seat and advantage point to get that tranny slipped in. Like that 180 in the parking lot 💪 Great job guys 👍🇺🇸
You are a Wealth of Knowledge Mate and practical with it..... Something that can only be acquired over time and Being at the Coalface and hands on so to Speak.
Cheers From Australia 🇦🇺🇺🇲
Thank you for taking us along. Lots of info - including some prices !! John
Nice!!! Spent a pretty penny to put up that shop and end up old school working outside. Guess it could be worse, it could be winter😂
I wasn’t worried about it. Clint has a trained professional backing him up. Good one Kevin! 😂
Good thing it's not raining or snowing. Have you ever considered put candle holders along the wall for lighting?
That’s the size I want love ur video’s keep them coming please
Hitting the thumbs up to let you know I like your little 2 part video series.
*- $4K for a table top rebuild, and $8K for an in shop breakdown and rebuild sounds fair and proper to me, given the precision and accuracy required for competent and successful work that could with confidence be guaranteed for its quality.*
Ballpark pricing really helps in purchase planning for older machines. Tks.
You are a great teacher. And a eye for detail.
Maybe a 30kw gen set and a 200 gal diesel tank is in order for the power failures?
That look at 51:54 is priceless, Got that from his mother.......😁
First hand knowledge shared with your sons!
Great content when it all comes together like in your vids!
I love to watch the rebuild. Very interesting to see how the transmission works
Clint, you definitely have one of the top channels when it comes to filming jobs like this one.
You don't skip around leaving out half of what you're doing.
You explain what, why and how you're doing during the various steps to remove, rebuild and reinstall various items in for repair in your shop.
A pure joy to watch.
I've dropped some channels because they didn't come near to as good as your channel.
Personality also makes a difference and the way you treat your crew and sons is absolutely outstanding.
Thanks
I know allot of stuff gets skipped on other channels and some people don’t know the difference
@@C_CEQUIPMENT cutting edge equipment outta Australia is pretty good.
He includes the entire process of rebuilding and even remanufacturing broken assemblies on excavation equipment.
He just did the boom cylinder on an excavator that had been extremely allowed the piston wear to exceed specs.
He had to make a new cylinder barrel.
Cutting off both end assemblies on a lath then welding them on the new barrel.
Like you, he filmed pretty much the entire process.
Great job guys and gal that hides in the office. Great team work. The two part series is good with me. Thanks for sharing.
Tucker looks thrilled to death to be there, especially when you whacked him in the head with a side panel door.
Cheer-up Tucker, it can't be that bad, lol, great video guys, and thanks for sharing.
Another EXCELLENT instructional video .... WELL DONE !
Absolutely love the 2 part series. Truely instructive.
Great video!!!
superb knowledge as usual you do amaze with what you can do and the amount of different machines you have worked on kudos sir excellent content thanks for sharing
Tucker seemed less then enthused about the transmission. But he stuck it out, that's good.😁
Great video on rebuilding a dozer trans.
What a lucky young man.
Good job on teaching your son, being there and guiding him so he can learn the right way to do different things.
45:15 it ain't a Crescent Wrench unless it has Crescent written on it. Seeing that you are using all Harbor Freight tools 😮, it can't be a Cescent Wrench. Thank you. 🇺🇲
Eye protection guys. Come on. That press. That bolt, your eyes.
You know. Great videos, thank you!
Good job!
Clint, with all the auction you have been to, it surprises me that U never picked up a generator
Enjoyed this video guys with a wee bit of shop humor along the way too bro which is always enjoyed. Safe travels. Ken
