@@CaptainKleeman Ha. Maybe you can get in on all them Ford pickups he's buying up and help out the dump truck? A fella gotta keep his options open !!!! 😃
I used to work for a John Deere dealer back when that 450 C was new. Our truck driver picked a customers loader and brought it in for service. On the way back he came down a hill with a bridge over the creek and a sharp right curve. When he hit the bottom of the hill the trailer flexed down then up. All of the binders came loose on the down flex. On the up flex the the 450 sailed up and over the bridge rail doing a forward flip landing on the tracks right side up, on the bank of the creek. It broke both final drive housings. The customer got a great deal.😂
Clint the audio sounds better with you and Kevin wearing the microphones. I hope it isn't too much extra work because it really does make a difference!
@@C_CEQUIPMENT Your videos are always improving both in quality and content and I just wanted to share some positive words so you wouldn't think the extra effort was in vain. Whether you use or never use the microphones I'll still watch you
Always great to see older equipment saved from the crusher. Older pieces are often simpler and will run for years after newer equipment is no longer economical to repair. Hey Kevin, love the Sausage Finger clap board. Great job and entertaining too.
I'm 63 years old and just as disabled as this dozer you're working on. I love watching your videos and learning all your wisdom you have learned over the years. I would love to own a small dozer or a tracked skid steer. But a disability income doesn't leave much extra other than paying bills. But keep up the good work and I will just keep watching your videos.😊 thanks, great job.

Hey There C&C Guys, I Hope This Finds You All Well? 🙏 The "C" Series Dozers and Loaders were introduced in 1974, with a slew of improvements. One BIG one was the introduction of "Wet Steering Clutches!" The "C" Series was also the first Deere to have a Turbocharged engine. The "C" Series was one of Deere's most popular, and even today they're still being used, and are highly sought after. I don't think I've seen pads like those on a Loader, typically they would've had "Street Pads." I would say it's been in the woods. This takes me back to the time Dad had his JD Industrial Equipment Dealership in Salem Virginia. I hope y'all have a good one! "Nothing Runs Like A Deere" 🦌 👍 🇺🇸
My homeboy Larry has two of these. He ventilated the block on his first one but number 2 is still a goer. They’re great little units. Of course this one is set up for logging - I mean those grousers are LIT! This will make someone a great farm machine or log mule. They’re good machines. 👍
I’ve got a 450C dozer that my dad bought new in 1980. I still use it on the farm. In their day the JD 450C was a good machine. I enjoyed this video. Thanks Clint!
Man I've hung overhead cranes cut trees even septic tanks and fire mains. I had to grease excavators and chippers drive bucket trucks and dumps this channel is great!
wish all of my past 'bosses' were like you nad Kev..not only would i have learned so much, in a clean and safe environment, but would have done so with smiles and laughs..plus you got cool gear..
This is Captain’ 2nd born, Bones will be so happy 😂 Clint make sure MBTS sees how your pouring that 5 gallon pale, no shaking 💪 Great video as always 👍🇺🇸
I’m the friend that got a new CP3 and injectors from Area Diesel. They do have great prices and next day shipping. There tech support is great also. I will only use Area Diesel for any other parts for my Duramax. Thanks for the help MrC and yes he isn’t a Chevy guy lol.
That old girl reminds me of the one that my grandpa used to operate back in the 70's. There's a picture of me on it with him when I was about 3 or 4 years old back in like 1975 or so. Good memories.😁👍
Clint, your comment re putting tape on joints hit on one of my pet hates. So many people who call themselves qualified have no understanding of how things actually work. Tape is only needed for tapered thread fittings. I have come across tape on O ring fittings as well as the type you used. I have also purchased OEM parts supplied with tape for fittings which do not seal on the thread, but on an O ring or metal to metal taper. To have a mechanic not understand why they are doing something worries me. That's why I like your chanel so much, you and your guys actually understand the why. I am an old untrained (farm taught) mechanic, but I have always worked on understanding how something works, not just because I was taught something.
I wish I lived where native 450C’s grew wild… This one’s really special with its new dope hydraulic hose, wicked tall grousers, & an eco friendly water cooled 58:46 super duty green starter.😳
Been in hospital for nearly 2 week's so catching up on films, looks and sounds sweet and comes with accessories. Going to be a good little track loader for someone. 🤗👍
It´s a neat machine; I could see me using that. Maybe with a sideshift fork together with the bucket? I hope it found a good home, have a nice day and happy wrenching!
Great to see you guys in the field rescuing a great piece of machinery. Be good to see it return to work. These things go forever if they have regular service. Maybe leak is from the battery, the liquid smoke is coming out.
Diesel is $9.96 a gallon in Hobart Tasmanian Australia at the moment....even in Australian dollars that is NOT CHEAP. That is $5.83 us dollars a gallon at todays prices 26th August. It would be cheaper to run it on whisky.....no probably not cos the government exise on that is huge too! Love the old loader!
That was not a leak in the line guys, it was an automatic oil changing apparatus, latest technology in the day. No I would never say anything about Kevin forgetting the wire on the install, not me, I would never do anything like that, you know, the wire thingy, nope, not me.😊 Thanks for the video sir, enjoyed it.

H Ave already seen it, a little to high for me, besides I don't have the room. But I'll still be watching for another video.
I saw this video a little late, so the eBay auction page is already gone. How much did it sell for?
First thing I thought was Captain could be in the market for a slightly used dozer!!! 😂😂
Good little dozers and popular, Capt would have to come up with some beans to get that!
@@thomasleonard1846 Lots of beans!
Second I saw it I thought to myself, that belongs in Kleemans growing fleet of slightly used equipment.
The second it started, it over ran my budget 🤣
