When are you going to install an exhaust flexible ceiling line to a fan that sucks your exhaust out of your air conditioning building you're a smart man you should be able to design that and make it work I have faith in you and Kevin to be able to perform such a task

Yes Cat made the Powerstroke injector. I've worked at the injector plant for the last 30+ years.

I'm glad your parts weren't lost for too long. A shipping company lost my brand new $6k Deere zero turn mower along with someones skid loader, Gator UTV, and another mower for a week. The truck and driver were completely M.I.A. according to my Deere dealer. After reading the fine print on the Deere sales ticket, they are not responsible for items lost in shipping. I was sweating it for sure. Luckily everything was found, tragedy was averted and the town was saved, haha. Thanks for the great video guys!

M&S is modeling and simulation, so it was used in creating battlefield environments.
The engine harness plug melting is normal because the plastic distorts/melts at 220-230° and hot oil does it. Just wait until you get one leaking oil from the plug in the rocker box from the oil pushing through the wiring.
Too bad you don't have anymore unimog/Freightliner emplacement/engineer trucks.
You can take a vacuum pump with a old jar catch can inline to a piece of clear plastic tube and go down the injector holes into the cylinders to remove fuel/oil from changing injectors.
Cat got the injector design from Bosch, who licensed them to Navistar

Bet that’s gonna be a good machine when you get done, you see lots of cat equipment in my area, all of our motor graders are cat 140m, but the newest 140 we have is a lever machine,
Tell everyone to get over where things are made! Very few things are made in USA, you are lucky if they are even assembled in USA, no matter the brand! Old Milwaukee is good stuff!

I respect your opinion, so I went ahead and replaced my Makita drill with the Milwaukee "fuel" brand. The Makita drill still works fine but I could not find any power packs for it anywhere so switched to Milwaukee.
She cleared up really nice.... I think you got a good one 👍

I just retired from commercial construction and every battery tool and most of my hand tools are Milwaukee as well as the extra tools that I have around for work at home and around my property.
I only ever had one item that I was disappointed with.

That would be a little scary buying a tractor like that in unknown condition. And that’s crazy how they didn’t think to box up the sun stub shafts…they probably left them outside and ended up tossing them, that’s ridiculous. 🤞 that’ you’ve found all the issues. You guys do good work! Thanks for another great video..

M&S Usually stands for Modelling and Simulation. Army Regulation 73-1 is for Test and Evaluation. However, acronyms are generally overloaded. It could stand for Maintenance and Support, Maintenance and Services, Material and Services, etc.

put a smaller diameter hose in the end of a shop vac and tape it up then suck out all the oil & diesel prior to re-fitting the injector it works trust me!!
Not terrible, but could be a little better, one thing for sure, when you’re done, it will be right, and someone is going to get a good dozer. I would like to see more tools and equipment made in the USA, by workers from the USA, that being said, what really matters to this ole boy is, how well does the company selling the tool/ equipment back the tool/ equipment with service and parts, that’s my thinking anyway, just a thought. Thanks for the update, enjoyed watching.

Did a search on US Army M&S 73. Not conclusive but M&S seems to be Modeling and Simulations. The M&S 73 portion would normally be a unit designator.
I thought of you guys during a bus ride into Ho Chi Minh yesterday; thousands of used Cat, Kebelco, and other high hoes in the used state. I suspect these units get on containers and appear in the US sometimes because they are so cheap.
If you only used USA tools you would be boarding up those big garage doors.keep up the work and forget the trolls.

In fire departments they have pipes like glorified dryer hoses with blower fans to attach to the exhaust pipes and pull the exhaust out of the station. Maybe it's time to look into a system like that so you don't have to hang the doors open.
