Listening to Tempest. 75 year old U.S. man with high-pitch tinnitus since my 1992 "intensive chemo" treatments for recurrent cancer. It has never stopped one time. This frequency is too low to mask my high-pitch ringing. To cope, I keep my mind always active, distracted. Can't dwell on it! Distraction, keeping a busy mind at all times really diminishes the curse of tinnitus.
I have had tinnitus for about a year now and nothing I tried has worked but recently I changed my diet. I’m eating more fruits and vegetables and I noticed a substantial decrease in the ringing in my ears. I also, noticed the inflammation in my body has decreased and I’m bending my knees with ease. I’m sixty five years old and I thought it was over for me, now I have hope of getting rid of my tinnitus for good! PS I have changed my diet for only two weeks when I noticed the difference
My Tinnitus started in 2020, but lately, a few months ago, it got worse. Now, anxiety and panic attacks occur because of my tinnitus. I hope this therapy helps me.
Just don't worry mate. Trust me. Mine started when I was 18, I'm now 37. In that entire period I got used to it and totally forgot about it. A couple of years ago (during COVID) it got worse, but again, after about 7-8 months I got used to It and your brain adjusts. A few weeks ago it got worse again, it's really annoying me at the moment and I'm going back onto sertraline to help me overcome it. Sertraline helps me become less obsessed with it and makes me less bothered and in time i know I'll get used to It again.
I've had tinnitus for years but for the last three weeks it's been intrusive and is affecting my quality of life. This helps. But I wish I could find a more permanent solution.
I'm delighted to hear that the sound therapy worked well for you providing relief for your tinnitus. It's great that you found relief and effectiveness using this method! 🤗
Ipods are really dangerous for your brain, the electromagnetic connection between the wireless pods goes right through your brain, better use normal wired headphones.
I like to think of tinitus as my own song like an ambient drone that goes on forever and ever and ever. This masterpiece will live on when im gone im sure🎉
I have read and heard in the metaphysical circles tinnitus is the downloading of information into our higher consciousness. It is known to affect mostly sensitive and highly aware people. So I do not look at it as a disease but as a gift because I feel my Consciousness expanding day by day day by day while others live in the monotony of their lower Minds. LOL
I've read the negative reactions to this video. All I ask of them is to try listening to Tempest Sound Therapy for three or four nights in a row. I did and I do believe my awareness of my tinnitus has decreased significantly. It hasn't gone away. I'm just less conscious of it. By the way, I suggest setting the volume relatively low. Its difficult to take all night long if you don't.
Ternyata saya punya teman yg menderita tinitus ku kira aq sendirian yg meradakan penderitaan ini semoga semua pendarita tinitis bisa sembuh dengan ijin allah swt amin
This works for me. I am not quiet sure yet although I have been listening for 1 hour just now.. No instant relief signs before 5-10 minutes or so. But then I noticed some specific things like I am not bothered with many things like a car passing by near my house. Actually now I hear more of the noise rather than my tinnitus. I wonder what happens if I stop this now . It really can stay on my ear as long as its lesser in decibels than "my tinnitus" which I have never went to doctor so not confirmed. Thanks, I was able to cook for the moment .

This is noise , it has all the frequencies. You need a frequency and noise generator is my guess, to match tinnitus and it can be different for each person. You can also try a very narrow bandpass filter on noise and sweep/ find your specific area.
I feel..that my Tinnitus is close to cricket too. Aftwr many trails I found it, though I matched that I had somewhere inbetween 4-8 KZ. What I meant that the samples they have given, should also be given the frequency this sound represent, rather than I keep trying to find out which one suits me best.@@TinaandPokey
I mean yeah tinnitus sucks screw it and whatever but maaaan it’s so amazing that we get to listen all of these amazing calming sounds! So many variations! It’s kinda fascinating I’d say! Definitely a good part of having a tinnitus! I swear even if one day my tinnitus stop I’ll keep listening to these sounds at night haha
Nothing anywhere on UA-cam helps me, the roaring all day long like standing next to idling semi truck. I feel defeated by it, cranky all the time, stressed for sure. Thank God I am still able to sleep or...just play loud music in my ears.
No, we would recommend that you wear both because the right and left auditory systems are interconnected at several points in the auditory pathway. We have observed tinnitus criss cross to the other side when only using one device.
My experience is for one night I slept with this sound therapy, guess what? My tinnitus got worse, now I have this same noise in my head, before was a low whistle
Crickets & cicadas chirping works well for me. You need to listen to different masking sounds to find the one that helps you. I listened to hundreds of different sounds before figuring out what enabled me to sleep instead of constant shrill noise.

Hey Ben 6 months ago I start hearing ringing sounds in my left ear , today I hear a heartbeat in my right ear what is this is this pulsatilla tinnitus?
Hi there - yes, pulsatile tinnitus can present as hearing a "heartbeat" in your ears. I would recommend making an appointment with your local ENT, as they can do a proper evaluation of the situation and provide you with the best recommendations for next steps.
I keep reading that listening to sounds through ear buds or hearing aids to fall asleep can damage hearing and make tinnitus worse. Is there any truth to this?
Using earbuds or hearing aids at excessively high volumes can pose a risk to your hearing. It's crucial to employ them at moderate levels to avoid exacerbating tinnitus or causing hearing damage. The same principle holds true for headphones - you have control over their safety. Keep them at a soft but audible level to ensure their safety.
